Matt, the service advisor, greeted me this morning and told me it would take one and a half hours to complete the oil change, tire rotation, and wax coating. I bought my Infiniti QX80 new in 2021. My warranty was about to expire in February. I was driving the other day and the bolt for my caliper came out of my front break caliper. I was concer My warranty was about to expire in February. I was driving the other day and the bolt for my caliper came out of my front break caliper. I was concerned that Infinity might not cover this as I’ve never heard of a bolt breaking out of a caliper. However, Infiniti was able to process this under my bumper-to-bumper four year 60,000 mile warranty. Total repair including replacing my rim was around $6000. Both Andy, the service manager and Isaac my service tech were amazing at walking me through the process and approving the claim. I would highly recommend Infiniti Scottsdale to anyone looking for a new Infiniti vehicle. More
