From the moment that I called inquiring about a Ford Raptor they had on the lot and Tony the sales manager answered the phone, I felt very well taken care. We only encountered one hiccup, and Alfonso and the manager, Tony, immediately resolved it with ease. They both were more then accommodating with all of my requests and questions.
