My sales rep was great, but the finance dept made representations regarding products I purchased (like pre-purchased maintenance and wear and tear) at the time of my lease that were misleading and de representations regarding products I purchased (like pre-purchased maintenance and wear and tear) at the time of my lease that were misleading and deceptive and the dealership refused to provide any credit or accommodation to me to rectify its misrepresentations because it was not making any money on the lease buy out. Given my experience I no longer trust the representatives at the dealership and would not recommend that anyone purchase or lease a vehicle with them. More
