Here it is. 1-Star. Do not recommend. Extremely disappointed. I purchased a 2007 Corvette with 35,700 from Infiniti of Scottsdale expecting professionalism, trans 1-Star. Do not recommend. Extremely disappointed. I purchased a 2007 Corvette with 35,700 from Infiniti of Scottsdale expecting professionalism, transparency, and quality. Instead, from start to finish, it was the opposite. I asked Max, my salesperson, to agree on all numbers before running my credit. They ran it anyway, then tried to cut my trade-in value by $500, then reversed it after pressure. I was told financing might be 10%, then suddenly 6%. After I drove away, I noticed a concerning driveline noise, like metal scraping. I contacted them. They told me to bring it back. I took an Uber, retrieved the car, and drove it from Queen Creek to Scottsdale. Jimmy, head of service, test drove with me and said the could noise was “normal.” I also reported a strong gas smell when filling above half a tank. I was told if they couldn’t smell it, they couldn’t do anything. So I filled it up. Still, no proper diagnosis. Just paperwork about “bad gas,” which had nothing to do with my Corvette. The next day, I checked the clutch fluid. It was disgusting, with chunks. I replaced it, and the noise improved. Customer service was unacceptable. When I called the sales manager to explain, he hung up on me, telling me to screw myself. I spoke with multiple managers, including Chris, but was bounced around. I even asked to speak to the GM, but was told no. Max never returned my call. Promises of follow-ups never materialized. This was a used car, but I expected honesty and basic service. Instead, I got passed around and dismissed. If you’re buying a used car here, get If you’re buying a used car here, get an independent inspection before you sign anything and don’t assume their inspection means the car is actually in good condition. I went out of my way to give this dealership the opportunity to make things right, and instead I was repeatedly dismissed, ignored, and passed from person to person. For a dealership that presents itself as high-end, this was an absolutely terrible experience. Max, Jimmy, Chris, and the other sales managers I dealt with all left me feeling like once they had my money, they simply didn’t care anymore. I would not recommend Infiniti of Scottsdale to anyone based on my experience. I expected significantly more from a dealership of this caliber More
