Thorough, Friendly, Honest I had a battery that was a year old that started sometimes and others didn't. This was very frustrating because I didn't know whether my car would st I had a battery that was a year old that started sometimes and others didn't. This was very frustrating because I didn't know whether my car would start when I had to take my kids to school or start after leaving Publix, etc. and it was frustrating so we brought it to the dealer. Our service advisor Guy was on top of it. He kept the car for 4 days (I had my exact car as a loaner so it was no big deal) to make sure that the battery was OK after they gave it two full charges. While they couldn't find what caused the issue, they made sure that they felt confident that whatever the issue was, the full charges fixed it. To date, we're good! More
