Light outs After receiving a warning that my headlights are not working I took it in to the dealership. I was met with friendly and highly trained representat After receiving a warning that my headlights are not working I took it in to the dealership. I was met with friendly and highly trained representatives. My service technician was David. He had everything ready for a loaner car had all the information he needed and ready to go. I was in and out with the loaner car in less than 10 minutes. After several days of trying to fix the car and getting the factor involved he called me and told me the car is ready to be picked up. Unfortunately it’s one of those intermittent problems they couldn’t fine. But he did say if it happens again bring it right in the matter what time and they’ll have a car waiting for me so they can look at it again. I’m very satisfied with this dealership and the personnel working at today. After having Cadillacs another like your car I fine this dealership give me the best. I highly recommend Infiniti Of Sarasota. More

Our Service Consultant has been We have a 2017 Infiniti QX60 which has been Serviced at Infiniti of Sarasota since we moved to Florida 2 years ago. Our Service Consultant has been Guy Worcester the whole time which is unusual at car dealers. Guy has provided me with the greatest respect and has shown a professional attitude at all times. I purchased a third party service warranty which has been a nightmare. Guy has assisted me every time I come In with the proper paperwork for reimbursement. Guy has taught me that I should only purchase an Infiniti warranty produce. I thank him and all of the service personnel in the service Dept. The areas are always clean, quiet and friendly.
