I had a GREAT experience working with Infinity of San Jose and specifically with Brian Crocker. I did not end up buying a car with them but not because of the experience. I found a car that better fit ou Jose and specifically with Brian Crocker. I did not end up buying a car with them but not because of the experience. I found a car that better fit our needs in the state I live in. Brian was extremely attentive, very forthcoming, prompt with information I needed, great communication, kind and very gracious even when he knew I would be buying a different vehicle. He gave superior service including sitting in the car and assessing it honestly for me since I couldn’t be there in person. The car I was looking at was in excellent condition. The dealership has a few additional things that they add on for quality and security of the vehicle long term, a great additional service for their customers. They really think of everything for the best buying experience. I am writing this review because I want anyone considering working with them to know how well you will be cared for. If I can’t buy from them I at least want to share with others to support a quality business that is deserving. More
