Horrible experience. Bought a certified preowned 2021 Infiniti QX50 here. The car was delivered to us in absolutely filthy condition, I mean it looked like it hadn't been washed in a year. Floor mats were still in the trunk, plastic liner still on the floor. We had to install them ourselved after taking delivery of the vehicle. Then, we get in the car and turn it on, and the gas tank was completely empty. After spending $35k of hard earned money at this so called "luxury" car dealer, we couldn't even make it home without having to go to the gas station and spend another $75 to fill the car up. On top of that, the car we traded in had a full tank of gas because we didn't want to be those people who traded a car in with no gas! This was a pitiful and highly disappointing car buying experience. The worst part is, no one tried to do anything to make it right. They said we could come back for a detail, but we live in San Leandro which is 40 minutes away, so now we have to drive an hour and a half to get the car cleaned. And by the time we figured out there were no floor mats installed and the car had no gas, they were already locking up. All in all, the experience basically amounted to them rushing to get our money and get us out of there so they could go home without even a thought about the kind of experience they were giving their customer. Buying a car is supposed to be exciting, but we drove home pretty disappointed. More

He worked with me and made the process of setting up some appointments for a recall and a diagnostic testing done. I had three separate visits and every time he was there to provide guidance and review diagnostics outcome. He made the process very smooth and I was very thankful and pleased with my experience at Infiniti of San Jose (Tully). I also had a very positive interaction with Nick on pick day since Sergio was off this day. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you, G. Flores More

In fairness though, All the employees are courteous, professionals and hardworking; the dealership itself looks fabulous, clean, and organized. To top it all,I love their free cofee/ snack bar while waiting. In short, if you need this type of customer service, Beshoff Infiniti has it! Look for Nick Mcclintic because I guarantee that you will be smiling all the time after your maintenance service. Why? because he will make your car very healthy. Thank you always Beshoff Infiniti!
