INFINITI of San Jose

I been to a couple of Infiniti Dealerships, they seem good... but when I went to Beshoff Infiniti, it wasn't good, it was honestly great. I was able to get my car's suspension worked on at an unbelievabl good... but when I went to Beshoff Infiniti, it wasn't good, it was honestly great. I was able to get my car's suspension worked on at an unbelievable quote. I worked directly with the General Manager, and he was awesome. He was able to get my suspension done quickly, I was surprised at how fast it took. And they did not cut any corners at all. I also came back for a detailed since they had a promo. I wasn't expecting much from a detail, but they used only the best products and my car came out looking extremely beautiful. My Infiniti happens to be black and kid me not, it looked almost brand spanking new. It was so good, I had my friend bring in his BMW M3 for a detail as well. My family was also in the market for a car, and boy oh boy, we got a sweet deal :) It's probably too sweet to even mention how much we got it for. Thanks again Beshoff! More

Beshoff Infiniti - San Jose is truely a remarkable place with experienced and friendly staff. The people here are very nice. I spoke with Brian in regards to getting an oil change. I told him that i wouldnt be able to come down until after work. He told me that he would make sure that someone would stay and do the oil change for me. Brian was able to get me in the same day I called. He took down all my information and entered it into the computer system so everything would be ready to go with less hassel by the time I got there. Bernardo came out to the car and explained the different types of oils that I could use. He was very knowledgeable and understanding when answering all my questions. He didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. His main concern was me understanding the differences between the oils and making sure I got all that I needed out of it! They even washed the car after they did the oil change! While talking to Bernardo, Brian came out. Gave nothing but nice compliments about the car. Briefly talking about the different things that I can do with the headlights to get the film off. Telling me that 3M has a kit that can clean the film off the lens. He showed me around the place. There was plenty of room with seating and a tv to watch. There were also computers there so customers can use while they wait. The staff there is really friendly and very personable and will do anything to make you comfortable while you wait. I highly recommend Beshoff Infiniti. Everyone there takes pride in working there and it shows through their work! I will definitely go there again! Thanks again for taking care of me and my car! :o) More

Another person whose name I can't recall was a bit pushy and somewhat rude. Organizationally he is apparently Linn's boss and reports to Brian. This was the only experience I found to be unfavorable. We have owned a Jaguar for 19 years and a Chrysler for 7 so we regularly have contacts with those 2 dealerships. There is no question but what our experience with Beschoff (so far) is far and away the best of the three. More

I have a G35 and had it serviced at Beshoff before. I was blown away by the facility, the people, and the overall atmosphere when I was there. When I was in a market for an M35 sport, it was a no brainer to give Beshoff a visit. Jason took me for a test drive and he was professional and courteous. The negotiation process was quick and efficient. Its great that I don't have to waste my time playing the number game, unlike some other dealers I've been to. I would recommend Beshoff to everyone looking for Infiniti or having their infinitis serviced. I have never thought that we would have such a great dealer in the bay area. Thumbs way up! More

We first came in was when they had just opened we were looking a car for myself with my boyfriend. It was really nice, But we ended up not getting it. We came back for my boyfriend to pick a car, because i had bought one from a friend. So the boyfriend had to get one too. We were helped by Dru who we had met at a meet the day before. We were there from 12-5 trying to decide what car and Dru convinced my boyfriend to get the blue slate 2009 G37 S. The process was smooth and fast. My Boyfriend loves his new car,It's his baby. I had taken my car to get detailed for a show that I was attending. Bernardo in Service was very kind in helping me choose a detail package to choose for my car. I did not have a ride home so they insisted in me taking their shuttle driven by a man who right cant remember his name. Few hours later my car was done. Shuttle picked me up and I had my car and she looked great. Every time we go to Beshoff Infiniti we are dealt with very nice and professional people. When we needed a box to ship out our old exhaust, Peter from parts was there looking for a box for us. We appreciated it Peter thanks. Beshoff is like no other dealer ship I have been to. For them it's not about just making a sale and moving on to the next potential buyer, They ask you to stay, relax and have some coffee. They converse with you while your car is getting ready. Beshoff Infiniti is without a doubt the best dealership. Everyone who I know that goes to Beshoff Infiniti never had a complaint. All good words only. More

There are many Infiniti dealerships here in the San Francisco Bay Area, which are quite close to where I live. However, I prefer to drive the 70 miles (one way) to Beshoff for all of my service needs. Simply knowing that my 2005 G35 Coupe is in the expect hands and care of the folks at Beshoff Infiniti offsets the extra miles which I need to travel for dependable and friendly service. My primary Infiniti factory warranty expired some 2 weeks ago. However, I will continue to visit Beshoff for my car's service needs. My thinking is, who else is better to service my car than a group of people committed to genuine customer satisfaction? In my book, Beshoff affords stellar quality and care.
