These guys are a shame to something called as CUSTOMER SERVI CE and TRUTHFULNESS. These guys would lie through their teeth with no moral remorse. It all happened back in June/July region of 2015, I called Beshoff Infiniti in to ask them if I could turn my car in early (2 months) as my allowed mileage was about to get hit. Then on the phone conversation - their lead sales person - Adeel promised me that I could give the car back and I WOULD NEED NOT PAY FOR THE REMAINING TWO MONTHS if I lease another car from Infiniti. I blinfly trusted their foxy assurance (oral one, I wish I had an email conversation with these persons who cheated me big time) and leased another car from Infiniti and gave my old car back 2 months before its lease ended. A couple of months later - I start getting calls/statements from Infiniti Finance saying that I owe them two more payments (900 USD) on the old car.When I go back to them to discuss the same thing, I cannot forget the way they mistreated me by spunning a false story that I was already aware of the 2 payments I had to make for the old car and I made that decision myself to buy the new car. Seriously? They think that an educated adult would be so stupid to let go approximately 1000 USD just to get a new car? Do they think that I am so naive to buy all their lies while they treat customers like trash? When I try to reason and recap the discussion we had months ago, the guy I mentioned - Adeel - tries to insult me in mafia style - "I have two people to back my statement up (that I willingly made the decision to lose 1 grand), who and what do you have?". I can only suggest the future customers to get everything in written (like a proper email conversation) from these lowly and immoral dealers or else they will turn their back on you when you start talking/demanding the truth. They would go to any measure just to sell their cars and they dont care about your hard earned money. More

I had the absolute pleasure in working with Sunny Singh and his managers Greg and Aaron. The entire team was very easy to work with they applied no pressure in the buying decision. They provided me with lots of information about the car I was looking to buy (2015 Infinity QX60) its competitors. They were also probably the best dealership I have worked with in regards to working with them via email. Most places I have worked with in the past would only give quotes over the phone or would only give the retail or MSRP price. The team at Beshoff gave me their best and very fair price, were every open about the deal incentives and what deals they could hand down to me. To give you an idea on how great this dealership is: I personally test drove 14 different cars that are in the same 7-8 seater SUV class at 10 different dealerships. Also I was actively working with 3 different Infinity dealerships alone and I chose both the Infinity QX60 and the team at Beshoff. My buying experience was so great I am actually looking forward to replacing my wife's car so I can work with the Beshoff team. More

This company is diligent when it comes to the sale, but the service after the sale is poor at best. If you purchase a pre owned vehicle from this company be forewarned the follow up will come with tons the service after the sale is poor at best. If you purchase a pre owned vehicle from this company be forewarned the follow up will come with tons of lip service and no follow through. I recently purchased a vehicle with a seat issue. I was assured that the seat could be fixed in house after a quick patch the seat failed to work. The sales associate then referred me to a local dealer as the car was still under warranty. Two weeks later I am now waiting on the parts for the repair which may be completed a month after I was assured it could be fixed easily. Note to self and others make sure the work is complete before you sign on the dotted line. More

What other General Manager would remember your name after 6 months? Brian did. I arrived with an appointment and was given a very specific time when my car would be ready...and it was ready at that time while I waited in their comfortable waiting room with a great cup of coffee. When we purchased the car, I asked about a missing tray in the console. Six months later when I returned for service, Joey checked and found that I did not have a tray and he had one waiting for me at the end of the service. This is a Dealership that will go the extra mile for its customers. More

I really had a great experience in buying a car. no pressure sales, very straightforward. It was the most fun I had in buying a car, which usually can be a stressful experience. In terms of the dealerships I visited during my search for a new car these guys were by far the most in tune with the ways in which people research cars (online), the cared what people thought about their dealership and we even had some interesting conversations on the use of internet in this whole process of researching and buying a car. I loved my experience at Beshoff Infiniti. I got to the dealership at about 7:30 on a Tuesday night, looked at some cars, took a test drive and had the deal done by 10:00. No pushy sales tactics, no nonsensical options that jack up the price, just good guys providing friendly service. I did a lot of research before I got there and I knew what options I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I was really surprised when they were within a few hundred dollars on their first offer. It made it really easy and an enjoyable experience. After I bought the car, they gave me a tour of the facility. I was most impressed with the service center. You drive into one of two big bays so even if it is raining, you don't get wet. The lobby is very nice and clean and they provide free coffee and WiFi. I don't think they've been around that long, but if my experience is any indication, then they will be a mainstay in the Bay Area for a long time to come. More

When we went to see the car, we were received by Ben Ly. He was very friendly and answered all our questions and concerns well. We noticed a few parking scratches on the bumper and elsewhere on the car. Mark Nessim, the used car manager said he would get the bumper repainted and the other scratches touched up for us. We decided to drop off the vehicle a week later at the dealership for the touchup. The touchup work was done very well too. Overall we had a great experience with the service offered to us by the Sales team. As with every dealership, the finance guys try to sell you a bunch of stuff like extended warranty, LoJack etc. We had the same experience at Beshoff too. But we decided not to opt for any of the options presented to us. More
Working with Linn is a very pleasant experience. I would feel comfortable referring people I know to him. From the outset he was helpful, without being overbearing. He knew his product well and was able t feel comfortable referring people I know to him. From the outset he was helpful, without being overbearing. We both knew the range of prices being paid within the local area and quickly came to a mutually acceptable deal. When the time came to deliver the new vehicle, Linn's explanations were helpful without being overly long. More
