I was sold a car that had clear issues during the test drive. My boyfriend noticed the issues he clearly said something during our test drive to our salesman who brushed it off. I, being the naive impatient customer I am, signed the papers for a used nissan for nearly 20k full warranty. I spoke to the sales manager before the sale that I had a few concerns and he insisted that would be taken care of before driving the car of the lot. That was a lie. I had pages of texts and emails from the very first day of issues that have not been taken care of properly. From the air vents in the rear that were pushed in and I was told to take a screwdriver to pull them out, we havent even left the lot yet mind you. To the worst, from the very first drive there was a sort of hiccup in the car, they said they would look at it, I took my car at least 5x and they have drove it over 100miles "test driving" only to respond with we can't duplicate the issue. I've had the service manager in the vehicle when it has happened and admitted to experiencing the issue but still says the issue can't be duplicated. The cherry on top is what makes me write this review which I will continue to add to and show proof on all platforms until they acknowledge that there is a major issue... this vehicle was traded into them with these issues I've been complaining about it's in their system!!!!!! I had a new service advisor "accidentally " disclose the information to me and when I approached the service manager they denied it completely until the young man was called into her office and literally pointed out where it was written. Yet they turned around and sold it to me in that condition and have added another +100miles on my used vehicle and they don't intend to fix the problems. By the way it's not for a minor cosmetic issue, it's for the transmission! That they themselves know there was just a recall on and they take no responsibility for selling me the vehicle in that condition, selling me the full gold package warranty with gap and all and STILL not fixing it. More
We came to buy a pre-owned vehicle we loved. We wanted to buy a QX60 for her and a car for my son. After dealing with the utter disrespect and arrogance of Tim Salts my wife and I decided to go to Scottsdale Infinity where we were treated polar opposite by their sales team.. We ended up buying a New SUV for my wife and a Ago for our son. More

After my list of 100 questions and several different e-mails asking for more and more details, John pulled the car out of the garage, had it cleaned, and sent me a personal video of everything i had asked for. I ended up purchasing the car and having it shipped to my home in Southern California. When I received the car, all stress and concerns I had were relieved. The car was absolutely perfect and I would not hesitate to call John again for any car I'd buy. Trust, honesty, and integrity were all shown by John and his team. I felt like i was in great hands and was given the best possible rate Infiniti could offer. Both Thomas & Jonathan we’re very helpful to the very end. Thomas even help me get my new seat assigned to myself! It’s the little things that go the longest way! Both are the definition of exceptional customer service! THE BEST SERVICE CENTER ANYWHERE!!!!! I live in Mississippi and traveled to AZ to visit family. When I got here I had some issues with my Rear Differential. I contacted Tim in the Servic I live in Mississippi and traveled to AZ to visit family. When I got here I had some issues with my Rear Differential. I contacted Tim in the Service center and he made me an appointment for the very next morning and had a loaner car waiting. Not only did he diagnose the problem right away but found a solution, had the repair made and saved me money at the same time. Tim is professional, curteous and has a friendly demeanor. Having to have something like this happen when you are out of town thousands of miles away from home can be stressful but, Tim made the whole experience actually delightful. A great Service Member and would recommend Tim and his service center to anyone!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!! More
