I have the most awesome G35 COUPE. It is everything that one could ask for in a driving machine. When I purchased it I was not pressured and each person at the dealership that we came in contact was very c one could ask for in a driving machine. After that experience and the way we are treated every time we go into the dealership (just to brouse and see the products) we feel very special. I had stated at that time then when my wife was ready for a new car we would be back. Robert is our sales person, awesome gentle man and a gentleman. We are now the proud owners of a QX56 also. We recently had both of the cars serviced. What a blessing to see how kind and helpful everyone is . . . sales reps, service reps, managers and even the cashier.We really special each we are there. I went to the infiniti of peoria delaership because I was telling the gentlemen who serviced my mazda that we were going all the way to camelback to look at infiniti's and he told us of the one down Bell Rd, telling the gentlemen who serviced my mazda that we were going all the way to camelback to look at infiniti's and he told us of the one down Bell Rd, so my wife and I went to take a look and were greeted actually by Kurt, the General Manager of the dealership. He tracked down a salesmen who showed us the features on the New Car that we were interested in and we then went on a little test drive. As the information went on the General Manager came back out to ask if we had ever thought about an M35, I told him yes but it was out of our range. It was then he told me about a used M that he could give me a great deal on, I told him I was interested and he drove us to the back to see it (black 2009 m, NICE!) we were running out of time so Kurt told us to "take this coupon", fill it up with gas on him and enjoy it for the day. Well we did, we took it home, I drove it to work but just couldnt not get use to the SIZE! So we returned it the next day and told the Manager Teddy that we would be back to work with Johnny, he tried insisting that we could get a great deal then and there but I've been through this often and left without issues. As the days passed Johnny and I were in contact as I had already decided that I was buying an Infiniti but with what dealership I was still unsure of? I just thought who ever BUGGED & HARRASSED me less, that's the dealership I was going to go with! In the end, I just felt more confortable with the Infiniti of Peoria store as my salesman did not bug, did not push, he did follow up but he didn't harrass by disturbing dinners & lunches or by filling my email box! Good people, no problems and I'm loving my G! More
We were promised with a "WE OWE" that a couple of items would be installed after the sale. We were promised these items by two of their sales people. Needless to say they are NOW telling us that the items would be installed after the sale. We were promised these items by two of their sales people. I've taken my 2007 G35 in for service a number of times. I've found the Service Department personnel to be very professsional and helpful on all occassions. While my car is a 2007, it has very low miles and I've found the Service Department personnel to be very professsional and helpful on all occassions. While my car is a 2007, it has very low miles and I appreciate that they don't push a "hard-sell" on things my car doesn't need. Previously, my car had some work done at another Infiniti/Nissan dealership and they installed the wrong part. Tom Dickson and Larry Davis did the leg work to find out how that happened and then ordered and installed the right part at no charge to me. I would definitely recommend the Service Department at Infiniti of Peoria. More

I bought my 2007 G25 Coupe new from this dealership. They recommended an alignment at 10,000 miles due to uneven tire wear. When I tried to get an explanation as to the cause of the problem before spending $700 for 2 new tires, no explanation was provided. I found out completely by circumstance that the service manager, Tom Dickson, had contacted a Bridgestone dealer and been told that the tire wear was due to the car and not the tires. He lied to me and said he had no information as to why the tires were wearing. When I picked up the car, he was a rude jerk who would not answer me as to why he had lied. The General Manager would not return my phone calls. This dealership is the worst and most dishonest I have ever dealt with and I have owned numerous Porsches and Mercedes Benz. I found out from the Bridgestone dealer I mentioned above that the alignment was bad and that the tires were worn due to that; and, as mentioned they had told Dickson the same. Anyway who would do business with this company will need to be ready to be lied to and treated like garbage. More
