This is an INCREDIBLE Dealership. I was lucky enough that they had the exact used car I wanted, color and all. I had dealt with this dealership before , and my experience was pronominal ! What luck they had the car I was looking for ( not an Infinity ). Buying the car from them gave me the opportunity to get the extended warranty where I know the service department is outstanding. Rental vehicles and all. I unfortunately saw the car right after the previous owners traded it in. They told me they were going to put it through the shop, and get it mechanically like new. They were also going to detail it like new. As promised, the car the next day looked pristine !!!!! I feel like I just bought a new car. The Manager new I had some concerns with the high miles, so he had the car go through the shop one more time, under his supervision to give me a detailed report. Unfortunately , I could not then take the car home that night. They personally delivered it to my office. How incredible is that ? These guys were great. Like buying from family.Very friendly and caring. NO PUSH at all. ( that is a turn off ).The actual purchase / financial dept. was very professional and efficient... not to mention she was VERY HOT , but knew her stuff and very friendly. If I have any criticism of the deal, is that they said when they detail the car, they were going to put a type of clear coat on the paint surface. During the purchase contract was the first time I was told that this is NOT an option, they do it to ALL the cars, and it is added in at a cost of $295. That bothered me at first, and if I had the option , I most likely would not have purchased it., but after I saw the car, and how incredible it looked, I am more than glad I had it done. They must have added this from years of deals, and people's reaction AFTER they see the car. Well worth it. Again , this dealership is the BEST. My wife is going to purchase a G37 in July from them , mainly because of the dealership, Manager, and service Dept. More

He was waiting at the agreed upon time, and took the vehicle. It was done as promised and ready to go in 1 hr, 45 minutes. It was cleaned and washed and like new in addition to the needed service. Needeless to say, If you are looking to work with an outstanding gentlemen, who is friendly, cares about his clients, and the quality of experience they have, then you must call or visit Ed Kruszewski or more commonly know as "Doc" at Infiniti of Peoria. I bought it from Infiniti when they were located in the Midway complex. My routine maintenance service has been performed by them there, and I continue to patronize them, even though they are now 15 miles farther away. I called and spoke to Josh to schedule my routine maintenance as well as to have my passenger seat reupholstered. Even though I have low mileage I drive ALOT of trips less than 5 miles. This has worn through my leather seats. My loaner car was available on time, and in excelent condition. Josh called me after the initial mechanical evaluation, and also arranged the for a third party upholsterer to quote my seat repair. We mutually agreed upon what was, and what was not to be repaired, and t what price, and I authorized the repairs. When the reairs were completed, Josh called and informed me. My car was repaired as we has agreed, and at the price we had agreed upon. This is why I return to Infiniti of Peoria. No hastle, accurate price quotes, courteous service, and dependable repairs. I had been looking and looking for the right place to purchase a new car with my lease expiring and I'm glad I found this Peoria location. Bob and I called in on a FX35 that we thought we would like to take on our trip, we called Johnny, set up a time to meet him at the dealership and drove the vehicle. After a short buying process and the dealership promising they would clean the vehicle inside and out, we were able to make our 6pm dinner reservation as promised. Talked to Johnny on the phone while still in California on a vehicle that I knew my family would really like, so I wanted to make sure we could have done something before we drove all the way to Phoenix. Johnny presented some numbers, they were not exactly where we wanted to be but with in reason so we drove to Phoenix. The car was cleaned up, we drove it to lunch with the family and fell in love. After a few hours of paperwork we were headed to visit some family in the city and had a wonderful experience. The Internet people there were great and I would recommend them for sure. More

After returning home, my Husband and I discussed how pleasant of an experience this whole process has been, which, although having purchased many cars in the past, is truly the first time for me. We wanted to express our gratitude to Johnny and I believe, Chris (the one with a six month old) and thank them for getting our daughter and my Husband dinner last night while we waited. And, Johnny was just absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. His kindness and patience with us while we both test drove vehicles with a little one in tow was truly appreciated. We were already impressed by everyone's kindness but your dealership truly went above and beyond with the dinner and providing my Husband with a $30 gift card for gas at Danny's car wash - most dealerships you have to fight with just to fill up the tank of the car you are purchasing. While these types of gestures may appear to be small to some, they were huge to us and made quite an impression. Please thank Daniella as well. While it was very late, the little one and the big one (David) were both growing quite cranky, she just smiled and continued plugging through her job. She was great and truly deserves to be noted as she, in my opinion, gets the short end of the stick receiving the blunt of crankiness by the time people reach her destination. And Curt, although at first I thought a little gruff, we were quite pleased and appreciative of his two year oil changes and the fact that he dropped our payment by $8, which my Husband needed. Again, $8 to some a very small gesture, but to us a very kind one. So, thank you Hani, Johnny, Chris (?), Daniella and Curt for all you did during our transaction, the drive was well worth it. Hani, I will keep your number in my phone if you dont mind for future needs and referrals. More

I received a timely, courteous and professional response from James Robb and coordinated an agreed to appointment time with ease. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted right away and expectations properly set on the time to complete the work. The service lobby allowed me the comfort I needed to continue to work by having seating, power to connect by laptop and access to refreshments. As a result, I did not have to take time off work to have my car serviced. Thanks for the positive experience. More
