Everyone was wonderful and I had a pleasant experience up to sitting down with the Finance guy. He was a high pressure jerk. Would've rated my whole experience very highly otherwise. My husband, Ron, and I followed Dawn and Ken to their new location, which is quite a distance from our home to get the caring, quality, expertise that they continue to offer us. Larry greeted me as soon as I drove up to the Service Department and wrote my service order up immediately. He offered breakfast and coffee in their clean and comfortable waiting room, and gave my car to Department and wrote my service order up immediately. Ken changed the oil and drained it when it was still hot, which is what I prefer, then adjusted the steering and checked the 4 wheel alignment to make sure everything was adjusted to my preferences. Ken did his usual great work, and I appreciate him. Josh took over for Larry when he went to lunch, and made sure my car was washed and completely ready for me. I have bought 3 Q45s from this dealership, and appreciate the great treatment I get from everyone I deal with there. I wouldn't buy a car or have one serviced anywhere else. I took my G35 sedan in for a routine oil change. Josh was helpful, informative and made sure that i was taken care of the very moment i walked in. When my car was turned over to me, Josh informed me of the routine inspection that was done, and brought to my attention a minor problem that was easily solved. To think, all that was done for just the low price of an oil change. I'm very pleased. More
