We are writing again because for some reason, the first review never went through. Anyways, we were so pleased with the attention to detail Scott gave us. He was very patient and basically spent the whole day driving us to his sister dealerships until we ended up coming back to Peoria Infiniti & buying a car from that lot. Everyone in the dealership was so nice, from the GM to service. It's nice to know people take care of you in that manner. We have already told several friends of ours about this dealership. I purchase my First new (used truck 1,400 miles on it) from them, the truck is awesome, but what a mistake was buying from them, as part of the deal, the dealer agreed to install a bed-liner... what I did from them, the truck is awesome, but what a mistake was buying from them, as part of the deal, the dealer agreed to install a bed-liner... what I didn't know is that later they would install an aftermarket bed-liner...and that the installer would texcrew it to the tailgate. also, they installed a clear bra, but upon pick up and inspection found that was poorly installed and that my new truck had a NEW DENT in the side!, so far they have taken my truck 3 times to do work on it for the dent,clear bra and bed-liner, and for the latest bed-liner saga...who knows how many more! they referred me to their aftermarket specialist so he can come look at the truck and resolve the issues? how you resolve the issue of texscrews? they made holes!! all of this because they tried to make fit a cheap aftermarket Part!. I'm so F#@$% angry!! Velma in the service department is very helpful and nice, she has done everything possible to help us with every issue. so far I am very unsatisfied with this whole situation.. hope people read this and think twice before going there. More

I have never been to a dealership where the people are so willing to work with you as Scott McEwen has been. From the minute I set foot on their property everything was about my wife and I . We came to look willing to work with you as Scott McEwen has been. From the minute I set foot on their property everything was about my wife and I . We came to look at one car and he only showed us one car. He treated us like kings kids. It was our first time meeting him but He treated us like best friends who had known each other for life. We were made to feel very comfortable with no pressure at all. The car we bought is a BMW which still had factory warranty so we wanted it serviced at BMW close to our house and when they absolutely refuse to work with us,Scott called them and they were even mean and very nasty to him . You would have thought this is the end and our car will not get serviced,but Scott did not quit he kept going until he found a BMW dealership and explained our situation to them and they were glad to have our business. Just to show you how great this guy is, he still keeps in contact with us to see how we are doing and if we need anything. I have to tell you that Infiniti of Peoria is the best dealership IN THE WORLD because of Scott McEwen you should be glad to have him. He is a man of integrity very honest and he keeps his word at all cost. He follows through on every task. Velma went above and beyond all expectations helping showing us the car and syncing up our cell phone. She is absolutely terrific. My only compalint would be that the paperwork was not prepared at our appointed time for pick up of the vehicle even though the appointment was made several days ahead of time. Also we had requested vanity plates and Drew told us that was not an option. Why did not anyone else tell else early on that it was not something the dealer could do for us? More

I went to the dealership just to inquire about the new Infiniti JX which has just come out. Didn't really know too much about them and consider myself in the market for a larger crossover SUV and wanted to see what they were all about. Scott's knowledge on the vehicle was beyond what I think anyone's expectations should be. The sign of a good salesman in my book is one who knows his product and Scott is no exception! My wife and I are not quite ready to purchase the JX quite yet but certainly will consider Scott at Peoria Infiniti when we are. Scott came up with many different scenarios for the financing on this vehicle which will come in very handy when we are ready. The only negative thing I could say and which is why I rated the Price a 3 was because I really didn't see any sticker prices on any of the vehicles that I was looking around at. They didn't actually have any of the JX's there on the lot but they did give me info on one that they had coming in but still, no price on the sticker. I'll dig more into this when I am ready to buy and do feel confident that it won't be a concern when that time comes. Happy motoring! More
I have used this dealership several times, especially with the purchase of my 2007 Saturn that has created the majority of the service work. They are especially friendly when you arrive and very thorough with the service that is requested. They do try to sell additional work if needed, but they don"t try to oversell. The service department has had some turn-over but they are still very efficient. Infinity of Peoria's greatest asset is in their sales department in the person of Mr. Ted Groza, their sales manager. Ted sold me my present car and he will most likely be the man who will sell me cars in the future. Ted is trustworthy and fair and easily matches the buyer with the right car. All in all, Infinity of Peoria is first class from Sofia in maintinance, to Ted in sales. They must be rated as one of the best in the State. More
Scott was very helpful in answering all of our questions during the transaction. I even came back the following day for about an hour just to figure out how all of the gadgets worked. I worked with Scott over three days to purchase a 2009 G37 sport sedan. He worked very dillegently to get the vehicle price into a range I could accept. Nine days after I purchased the vehicle I had tir G37 sport sedan. He worked very dillegently to get the vehicle price into a range I could accept. Nine days after I purchased the vehicle I had tire seperation on the right rear tire. I brought the vehicle in for service and everyone made sure my needs were addressed. I received a replacement tire and was given a loaner vehicle to drive so I could make it to work on time. I would (and have) sent business Scott's way and will continue to do so moving forward.
