We personally felt that the service received was an 11 out 10. All three of the individuals that helped us went way out of way and really made us feel at home. We loved doing business with them, and look out 10. All three of the individuals that helped us went way out of way and really made us feel at home. We loved doing business with them, and look forward to working with them again in the future. We'd recommend this dealership to all our close friends and family to go to this business, as we now feel that we've joined their family. We were especially touched when Adam bought us coffee out of his expense, that is something you don't find at any car dealership, anywhere. To be honest, all three were good, but Adam really made us feel at home. More
I purchased an Infiniti 45 days ago now from Infiniti of Peoria, and I can say I'm the furthest from happy/satisfied that anyone could imagine. It first started when the my salesman told me that there was a Peoria, and I can say I'm the furthest from happy/satisfied that anyone could imagine. It first started when the my salesman told me that there was an issue w/ a sensor but not to worry because it was just a recalled part that all Infiniti's had to go through. I thought nothing of it because we have 5 other Nissans at home. The dealer provided me with a certified pre owned vehicle, not a loaner. A week later they finally call after haggling with the dealer all week about whether or not it was finished. I arrived to pick up my new car finally after a week of waiting. I get 30 miles away from the dealer and the car breaks down. Luckily I was able to get off the freeway to a safe spot there i sat in the sun for 3 hours arguing w/ different people back at the dealer in 112 degree weather. I finally get the the service manager to call me on his personal cell phone from home and he agreed that if someone could take me back to the dealer they would give me a loaner. Once I arrived back at the dealer, I was haggled by the "Customer Service Manager" to not take the loaner and just buy a different car. I finally got them to agree to just give me the loaner. So i have the loaner for 3 more days and I decided to call the dealer since no one had contacted me or returned any calls as promised. They said the car is ready to go it was just a small wiring harness connector. So I go the next morning to pick up the car and get 15 miles away from the dealer and the same issue happens again. This time I am asked to drive the car back at freeway speeds in 3rd gear because that is the highest gear that it will shift into. I make it back to the dealer and take the loaner back home. Another 2 weeks goes by of fighting back and forth between the dealer and I. At this point I have also filed a formal complaint with Infiniti Corporate due to all of these issues. Well finally after 2 more weeks of waiting the dealer is able to finally say that my car has been fixed 100% I went to take delivery of the car for a 3rd time and sure enough it was fixed w/ no more issues...or so i thought. Over the next week I notice that with each person that rides in the front seat the "Passenger seat airbag off warning light" reacts differently to every person that sits in the seat. I knew prior to purchasing the car that this was a recalled item from Nissan, so i made an appointment to take it into the Infiniti dealer that is less than 8 miles from my house. I got to Coulter Infiniti and was pleasantly surprised at their excellent level of customer service. I was take care of by the assistant service manager, who let me know that if my visit took any longer than 1 hour they would provide me a loaner. An hour went by and on the dot he had the keys in had to the loaner. Later that day the verdict was in and I was shocked at what the Coulter Infiniti dealer found. Sometime before I purchased the car Infiniti of Peoria disconnected wiring harnesses under the dashboard so that when plugged into the diagnostic computer it would not show that there was an issue with the passenger air bag safety sensor. They also let me know that this is not something that just anyone could find on their own and you would only be able to find it if you had a Infiniti Diagnostic computer. I was really disheartened to find out that the dealership that I trusted tampered with the airbag system in my car. Coulter infiniti also let me know that Infiniti of Peoria was the only dealer that had touched the car since purchased brand new by the original owner. Once i found out about the air bag system being tampered with I called the Shea character that I had been dealing with in the Infiniti corporate affairs office and he did not really seem very concerned about this issue. It has been over a week since hearing back from him and I have called him every day this past week and left a voice mail and still received not a single call back. I would NEVER EVER trust Infiniti of Peoria again, Nor would i ever recommend them to any friends or family members. Now I own a car that was sold to me with a broken passenger air bag safety sensor that will cost just around 3,000$ to repair. I hope that Infiniti will step up to the table and punish the appropriate parties and also take some responsibility. More

Overall the experience was a pleasant one. Scott was very easy to deal with, there was no pressure to buy or make a quick decision. On a negative note, I attemted to call the finance person ( Jason ) twice a easy to deal with, there was no pressure to buy or make a quick decision. On a negative note, I attemted to call the finance person ( Jason ) twice and left a message and he never bothered to simply return a call, if anything upsets more it is the fact that no matter how busy somneone is you always can take a minute to return a call ! This would be the reason I have not given the dealership an excellent rating, customer service is what is important to me and in this instance the dealership has failed. More

My buying experience ended with me being a VERY satisfied customer of the exact car I wanted after many phone calls back and forth with Matt in internet sales. I was originally looking for a used G37 Coupe b customer of the exact car I wanted after many phone calls back and forth with Matt in internet sales. I was originally looking for a used G37 Coupe because the new G37 Coupes were just seeming to be out of my price range. I was firm on my budget. In the end, Bill and Matt made me a very nice offer on a new G37 Coupe along with my trade in. This is the third new car I have purchased and I left just as satisfied and treated with respect as I did after the first two purchases. This morning I took my car in for the customer care review where Velma went over the different features. It only took 45 minutes and she was friendly and went over everything thoroughly. I indicated I had a scratch which she looked at and agreed that it did need to be touched up. We just didn't see it the night I purchased the car. No questions asked, they will fix it for me. This dealership has had some not so good reviews over the past year and it did make me learly. But then again, we are buying cars and the process can seem overwhelming no matter where you go. However, it seems as though Peoria has tried hard to step up their game and have made some changes. Some of the people mentioned in the negative reviews, like in Finance, are no longer there. Drew in Finance, was professional and quick. When I indicated I didn't want certain extra coverages he offered, he respected that I said no and didn't keep trying to talk me into purchasing something I didn't want, which I have encountered in the past. Bill D. had the tough job of getting the deal finalized on a Sunday night(which by the way was Father's Day!), but worked really hard to make a fair deal. I had done quite a bit of research before going in so that helped in my feeling more than satisfied with the deal. No buyers remorse here, love my G37 Coupe! I am glad to see the great reviews on the service department since that will be the next place to visit for my maintenance check ups. All the valley Infiniti dealerships are owned by the same company, each location is just trying to gain your business. Peoria has a wonderful facility, with a great team of people and will work hard to find you the car you are looking for even if it is at another location. Bottom line, good experience at Infiniti of Peoria! More
