We were looking to trade in a 2002 Acura TL. The EX37 was a perfect replacement. I filled out an order online and John Larson took it from there. He found us a car with every option we were looking for with a perfect replacement. I filled out an order online and John Larson took it from there. He found us a car with every option we were looking for with our #1 choice in color (both interior and exterior.) Then, they added some additional options at the Peoria dealership including the awesome 19" chrome wheel option. Everyone at this dealership is a professional. The lady in parts noticed that I was trying to get coffee out of an empty pot and she immediately had some fresh coffee brewed. Another big plus, they are very much PET FRIENDLY! Our two miniature schnauzers were welcomed and pampered. More
My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2011 QX56 in MARCH 2013 from Infiniti of Peoria through the internet salesperson. However, this was a long distance purchase and we received the vehicle in ear in MARCH 2013 from Infiniti of Peoria through the internet salesperson. However, this was a long distance purchase and we received the vehicle in early APRIL. Upon receiving the vehicle,we noticed several problems including the following: -Cracked paint and large scratches/indentions on back bumper area. Salesman indicated that there were no significant issues with exterior prior to purchase; however, this has been found to be untrue. Spoke with managers about this and they have been avoiding the issue. -Weld molding missing in front of vehicle (emailed this issue to managers however this issue has also been avoided). -Center console latch does not work. A replacement part was ordered in November 2012 at Infiniti of Peoria but never fixed and was marked on certification checklist as working properly. -Oil sticker in windshield indicates that oil has not been changed since 1/10/13. I thought an oil change was part of the certification process?? -The interior clock did not work; however on certification checklist, it was marked as working properly. -The vehicle does not have a brake pedal cover (again I thought this should have been addressed through the certification process). -Only received one key remote. Salesperson indicated that they had to get it from the previous owner and he would send to us. Never received it. - Wireless headphones were not working properly although salesperson said they were. -Salesperson sent us an old remote from a 2010 model Infiniti and tried to pass it off as the right one for our model. When questioned about it, he said I only sent you what the past owner sent. Really???? -We had to beg and plead for vehicle registration, floor mats and and owner's manual. Received those items; however, floor mats are not right ones for vehicle. They don't fit correctly. -Worn tires and now vehicle is starting to shake when I get up to speeds of 70+. Please understand that we are extremely disappointed with the quality of the vehicle. We thought that by purchasing an Infiniti, we were also purchasing great customer service. Now, it appears that the vehicle did not go through a genuine certification process and that once the dealership received the purchase check, we were in essence “pushed to the side.” We are definitely questioning our decision and concerned about the future of the vehicle. We have discussed several of the complaints with the salesman (John Larson), new car manager (Jason) and the used car manager (Bill). However, that approach does not appear useful in resolving the issues. I also took the car to the Infiniti dealer where we are located and he indicated that the car should have never been certified in its condition, which leads me to question the validity of the certification process for the vehicle. I’m wondering what else could have been missed. We are now working with Infiniti Consumer Affairs to address the issues and if that doesn't we will contact the BBB Autoline for mediation and/or arbitration. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from this dealership. They have unfair business practices and are just out to make a dollar at any cost. More
Before I start to write this review, I need to let it be known that I am not an expert when buying cars. One day I took my 2006 G35 for repair at this dealer, then came a salesman name Robert, he "looks" known that I am not an expert when buying cars. One day I took my 2006 G35 for repair at this dealer, then came a salesman name Robert, he "looks" very decent and honest approached me and asked if I want to trade in my G35 and that he just got one G37s 2009 with 14k on it....if I buy the car, he will pay for the repair of 270 dollars with the trade in.....sounds good? After wheeling and dealing for a while, I agreed to trade in my car and bought the certified car with extended warranty. Then came the real deal which is not what I expected....There was no extended warranty included in the contract, and there was no reimbursement of $270 for the repair in my trade in car, no extra remote key, but with a nasty scratch on the rim while it was in the dealer.....Later, they told me that the car is now certified and the extended warranty is included, everything is in good shape, as for the car key, they only have one, but if I want an extra key, they will give me one for free but to program the key, it would cost 90 bucks....according to a woman whose name is Velma who works in service department..??? it sounds weird but I wanted the car so let's get going. They also said they had no knowledge about the scratch.....so I ended up paying an extra 80 bucks to get it fixed. When I was told by Velma to pick up the car, I found out it was not detailed as promised, I took it back, they finally did a horrible job of cleaning and waxing, it was simply awful. During dealing with them, I was told by Ted, the tires are brand new and it costed them thousand of dollars to put them on, I believed it because it was shiny with wet oil. About a month later I came back for a check up on the stiff steering problem, the guy in service told me that this car needs a wheel alignment....and he said the tires are badly worn out...it would cost $275 to fix it up. I though the car was certified ???? may be it was certified only on paper..this car was not fixed up before being sold... Wheel alignment issue.....Stiff power steering issue....The tires are old and near the end of their life, not new as Ted suggested to me earlier. Except for Kurt, general manager, who is generous and fair, I really respect him, but his salesmen ( Robert , Ted ) and Velma in Service need to straighten up and be honest. For all those tricks they pulled on me, which costed me nearly $2,900 bucks in additionally.....they are not the kind of honesty that I needed, so a poor rating is granted to express my feeling. I never go back to Robert, Ted and Velma again. More
This is my first experience with Infiniti of Peoria and it's flawless. I was shopping for a used 2012 G37 sedan and after my phone conversation with Bill I felt very comfortable. I need to mention that I a it's flawless. I was shopping for a used 2012 G37 sedan and after my phone conversation with Bill I felt very comfortable. I need to mention that I am Canadian and I purchased the vehicle here at Peoria because the Dealership is experienced with Canadian customers. Bill went beyond his duties, he took additional pictures of the vehicle and explained every single detail and question I had. Extremely friendly and professional his customer service is stellar. John Larson was very helpful, he send me the necessary paperwork for the wire transfer and the purchase was done in no time. On the other hand Debbie Godwin was super efficient with the rest of the paperwork, title, registration... Kudos to all these professionals and Infiniti of Peoria, thank you for a smooth and hassle free purchase. I won't hesitate to recommend you to all my friends. Cheers. Philippe More
Offered one price and agreed to it and signed contract and paid downpayment. Then they contacted me 3 days later that they have to charge me more because they have to get the SUV from another dealership a and paid downpayment. Then they contacted me 3 days later that they have to charge me more because they have to get the SUV from another dealership and there will be additional $500 charge that has to be passed on to me. My thing with that is if your spending >$70k on SUV and you sign a contract and agree to a price a dealership like this should honor the price and eat the $500 as that was not my fault that they have to get it from another dealership. You would think that a dealership that is this big would want to keep their customers and keep their word, but it shows that for as little as $500 they will waste your time going thru the whole deal and then back out of it More
