Best Car Buying Experience Ever I recently bought an Infiniti here and I have to say that this was by far my best car buying experience. I dealt with Mr. Larson and he was very know I recently bought an Infiniti here and I have to say that this was by far my best car buying experience. I dealt with Mr. Larson and he was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped me finding exactly what I needed. Every question that I asked, he had an answer for me and it really helped me choose the right car. He is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was not the only great thing about it though. The building was very well put together and clean. The other employees were very friendly as well and directed me to the right area and helped me when I needed it. I just loved how easy the whole process was and how smoothly it went. From my initial contact to when I drove off the lot in my new car was as great as it gets. I will definitely will be returning to this dealership for my next purchase and I strongly recommend that everyone checks this place out. Make sure to stop and see Mr. Larson too, great guy and very knowledgeable. I will be a long time Infiniti of Peoria customer. More
Rotten Ethics Scottsdale Infiniti (near my home) refused to honor the oil changes for my leased Infiniti as was discussed during the finance portion of my purchase. Scottsdale Infiniti (near my home) refused to honor the oil changes for my leased Infiniti as was discussed during the finance portion of my purchase. I was told that I could get oil changes at an Infiniti although my technology training had to be done at Peoria. It is awful that they lied to me but what even makes it worse is that I was a very nice and respectable person to Peoria Infiniti when they signed a contract saying 12000 miles a year when we had agreed to 10000 miles a year. I agreed to meet with their sales guy to resign the contract because I felt like it was the right thing to do since we made an agreement. The GM called me up and actually asked me if I had the oil change location in writing and that was the only way he would honor the contract, Rotten ethics.... The GM did offer to have someone drive to my house leave loaner and bring the car back at my Miles and gas expense and I assume my insurance responsibility. I live 50 -60 minutes on the highway away from Peoria Infiniti. Why can't they just honor their agreements, I'm now wondering if they lied to me about my wear and tear insurance. More
Unprofessional reaction by Robert Saiz to misunderstanding This is my second transaction with Infiniti of Peoria (prior lease in 2011). I had been interacting with Robert Saiz since 2013. He would approach m This is my second transaction with Infiniti of Peoria (prior lease in 2011). I had been interacting with Robert Saiz since 2013. He would approach me when I took my 2011 G37S in for service to see if we could work out a deal for a new car. Our discussions were informal, with the understanding that I still had payments on my current lease and therefore was not in a hurry for anything new. As my current lease was down to the last four payments, I started looking for new vehicles, and came across a 2012 M37S on the Infiniti of Peoria website. I reached out to Robert over the weekend and made arrangements to look at the car on Monday (7/28/14). The car was in excellent shape and I was interested. We began negotiating via text and email and came to what we thought was an agreement on a deal. I went to the dealership on Tuesday evening (7/29/14), got into the Finance office to start signing papers, and realized that there had been a misunderstanding through the emails/texts exchanged. Robert and the dealership were under the impression we had agreed to one deal and I thought we had agreed to an email proposal that I had sent. As I mentioned, it was an unfortunate misunderstanding. However, Robert got very angry and seemed to be pouting as he stormed around the dealership. He became very accusatory in his tone and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. I have never been treated in such a way by anyone, so I left the dealership, and let Robert know that I would not be treated like this. Later that evening, Robert left me a voicemail and apologized for his admitted unprofessional behavior. After speaking with Steve Stang (General Manager) on Wednesday, we ended up closing the deal, but there was no further communication with Robert with the exception of him putting me in contact with Steve. As it turns out, when I was finalizing my paperwork with Finance, I learned that there was a form that was not completed by Robert before I entered the Finance office that would have helped avoid the misunderstanding. The form captured the agreed upon price, and if it would have been presented to me for signature, as it was supposed to be before I entered the Finance office, we would have noticed the misunderstanding and could have worked through it before getting further into the process. As I mentioned, this is my second transaction with Infiniti of Peoria. The first one was flawless and one of the easiest I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, while this one started well, there were definite problems near the end between myself and Robert. I want to reiterate that I’ve had no problems with anyone else I’ve dealt with at the dealership since 2011, but will never deal with Robert Saiz again. Things started good with him, but as soon as they were not to his liking, his attitude and professionalism changed. More

In short time, we found a 2008 Toyota Sequoia on his lot that completely met our needs. He offered a deal that worked for our budget, then managed the entire finance process himself to get us back home very quickly (the whole process of looking at different vehicles, test driving, negotiating price, and finalizing paperwork took only 2.5 hours total). Awesome experience! I would highly recommend seeing what Bill Munz and the Infiniti of Peoria team can do for you. More

Terrible service. We were interested in a used car and we were not shown the car fax report, although requested to see it. Once the negotiations were finalized, we finally saw the car fax report and the vehicle had been in an accident. We feel like this was hidden from us intentially. Additionally, we never received a "thank you" from either the sales manager, John, or the finance guy, also named John. We felt like we were a burden or nuisance to them throughout the entire experience. Never again for sales or service. More

I negotiated a 24 month one pay lease on an Infiniti G37 on Tuesday August 13th, 2013. I had the paperwork for the lease sent to me beforehand so that I would be able to review all of the numbers and infor on Tuesday August 13th, 2013. I had the paperwork for the lease sent to me beforehand so that I would be able to review all of the numbers and information beforehand. I got to the dealership and the very last paper i signed with Sam the finance guy was the contract.....in which the sales price and residual were 1800 higher than the paperwork I agreed to and had wired the money for. Sam was quite possibly the rudest most condescending man on the planet. When I showed him my paperwork I had received the day before he started in on-- well the numbers have changed from Infiniti etc....He eventold me "Be quiet, I need to think" I finally got up and walked out of the office to the showroom. Long story short every manager came out and talked to me, saying the same thing- they were going to lose money on the deal because IFS changed the numbers that morning etc. I said- I only want the deal I agreed to, I am not asking for special consideration....etc. Nothing. Finally, they told me "No Deal" and I left the dealership! I feel this was completely dishonest and the bait and switch approach. I wasted a significant amount of time and wire fees etc to be told that they wouldnt honor my deal. The worst part was that they tried to "hide" the fact they changed the numbers by not mentioning it. When I asked why if they "knew that morning my deal was no good" why I wasnt told....I was given no response. They tried to do the "fast paper sign" so that I wouldnt look at the sales and residual pricing. I have rarely seen such blatantly dishonest tactics from a company. Buyer beware. My sales person was great, but the managers and finance? Not honest. I could never recommend this dealership. I will e filing a formal complaint with the BBB as well. More
