Ms. Royster, We would have been happy to do the deal at the terms we agreed to when you were here the first time, but unfortunately in-between the day you agreed to terms and the day you actually came back in to sign the agreement, Infiniti Financial Services changed the rates and residuals, therefore, this is not something we can just change at our discretion. I would be glad to help you in any way I can, but unfortunately, changing the guidelines that Infiniti Financial Services sets isn't something I have the ability to do. Regards, Brett

Brett - the fact that things have changed is not my responsibility. I was never told of this. Sam expected me to sign the paperwork without even disclosing this. Extremely dishonest. I almost can't believe this happened. This is one of the poorest examples of customer service I've ever seen. But more than that, fraudulent business practices. You can be sure I will be providing reviews to every online site possible. It is just wrong.
