She greeted my wife an Just wanted to say that our experience with Ms Velma Hughes during our recent visit to the Peoria Dealership was very pleasant. She greeted my wife and I with the warmest smile and took immediate care of our needs. She waited for us to get to the Dealership after getting off work at 5pm to ensure we were taken care of. We work at Luke AFB so the drive and the traffic took about 35-40 minutes.. Ms. Velma wanted to make sure that our car was received for a minor repair and that we were given a loaner car. Thank you Ms Velma! More

No hassle, no pressure just plain old “here’s the best deal I can get you.” The deal was way better than anything that was offered at other dealerships for a similar vehicle. Shadiest spot in the valley of sun Bought a car here. Negotiated a price with the manager William "Bill" Muntz. The agreed upon price was written down and we both signed. Then dealership took a long time to get the paperwork going so that I was in a hurry. When they were finally ready for me to sign the contract, a new guy, Nelson, presented the paperwork to me. I specifically asked for the paper with the agreed upon price and he told me he would put it in my stack of papers when I left but, for some reason, refused to give it to me right away. Then he gave me document after document after document to sign, the whole time, taking his time and making small talk. Long story short, he distracted me and added $500 to the final price, which I didn't notice because I was rushing. Then, later, when went through the documents he had given me, he had withheld the document I asked for, with the agreed upon price. So they added $500 and then kept the proof of their slight of hand. Fortunately, I'm not a sucker and had already taken a picture of the document when they weren't looking so I could prove their fraud. So I called and told them they over charged me (but did not tell them I had a photo and, hence, proof). Nelson said he "only did was he was told" and that I had to talk to Bill. Bill meanwhile, was suddenly really hard to get a hold of. When I eventually reach Bill, he says he needs to "check the file." Bill eventually agreed to send my money back. He never admitted to over charging but, especially where I didn't tell them I have proof, why would they offer to send me $500 without asking why I thought I was over charged? Answer, it was all done on purpose. Bill told me my money would be sent back "immediately," but then it took several more weeks and a call to the manager, before the check was overnighted. It's too bad because the I really like the car I bought. Long story short, if you go to this dealership, document everything that happens and check for your wallet on the way out. More
