This dealership is smaller than Infinity of Scottsdale ( I bought one car from them), but the service is excellent. When I purchased used QX80, it only came with one key fob. Tom said he'll contact previous owner for spare key. He kept me in touch the whole time we were waiting for spare key fob. Sadly, the previous owner lost the key. 2 weeks later, I received a phone call from service advisor to set up an appointment to redo a new key fob for me at NO COST. What a great dealership they are. This dealership doesn't do business with you only one time. They really want your next time business . This is how all the dealership need to learn from Infiniti of Peoria. I live in Chandler, drove 55 minutes to get there. But my next car will be INFINITI of PEORIA again. By the way, thanks again for super fast financing team. They get me out of dealership in 1 hr 15'.
