Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I was looking for a used QX60 and first contacted Carmax for one I had my eyes on their website. After them running my credit and providing me with a I was looking for a used QX60 and first contacted Carmax for one I had my eyes on their website. After them running my credit and providing me with a ridiculous offer..I kept searching and came across a used one at Infiniti of Peoria. Bill contacted me immediately, sent me a link to complete the application and contacted me less than 24 hours with a way better offer than Carmax. I expressed that I did not want to spend much time in the dealership trying to finalize everything to get the vehicle. Bill, undoubtedly, took care of everything prior to my arrival to the dealership. With that being said...I simply walked into the dealership met Bill and Tom. I test drove my vehicle with Tom, who did an excellent job of providing me with the details of the vehicle and how to work certain features that I would have been reading or watching to learn about. I signed off on my documents with Tom and the Finance Manager and I was out the door. I will definitely recommend others to Bill and Infiniti of Peoria! Dane Rieksts, the service consultant, got the car I recently needed to have my car repaired, and Infiniti of Peoria handled it with great efficiency. Dane Rieksts, the service consultant, got the car in for an estimate immediately. Since parts were needed and my car was drivable, I brought the car back two days later. All of the paperwork was ready for my signature. There was no unnecessary waiting. The repair was completed in just a few hours. Again, the paperwork was ready when I got there. I loved getting the loaner car so that my schedule wasn't interrupted. I recommend Infiniti of Peoria and Dane to anyone with an Infiniti needing work. More

Not treated as a Infinity luxury client of many, many years Many of the "little things" that add up to a "big thing" best describes our first visit to this dealership (where we bought the car) for our first QX5 Many of the "little things" that add up to a "big thing" best describes our first visit to this dealership (where we bought the car) for our first QX50 oil change. Seems they just take "us" for granted. No one seemed really concerned with our issues--most of which are minor but important to us. We weren't even greeted at service area without consulting with the service manager. This is the reason we try to be loyal to a luxury brand we choose. We've been Infiniti believers for 10-15 years! The showroom and service waiting areas need refurbishing--especially the carpeting. After all this is the 21st Century, right? And oh, the ladies room toilets were ALL clogged--when we got there and when we left. Maybe my son-in-law is right when he tells me, "PapaJohn, you expect too much". DO I?????? More

Our car had been damaged by a local towing company that Infinity Roadside Assistance hired to tow our car. We were not getting any resolve until Tim got involved. He was the main reason our service needs were taken care of with great results. Tim is an asset to this dealership. He showed great empathy for what we were going through. Seat and heater The motor on my front seat died and the recently worked on heater and thermostat were acting up like they were overheating in the hot desert. Dane Re The motor on my front seat died and the recently worked on heater and thermostat were acting up like they were overheating in the hot desert. Dane Reiskas and the service center rechecked everything and replaced the seat and motor frame. Great work and we had a sweet loaner car during the repairs. Dane keeps stepping up to assist us when the car has issues (infrequently). Always a pleasure to take the car to Infiniti and the work by the service center is first rate. Best Infiniti dealership in the state. More
