Very accommodating I scheduled my service appointment on line but had to cancel last minute due to family schedules. Great way to start a relationship! When I stopped in to test drive a new Infiniti, I thought I knew what I wanted, because I had done my research. When I got there, Thomas greeted me after a few minutes of looking at what was on the lot. He was very professional and friendly and listened to my needs. He ended up recommending the QX70, instead of the QX50 and I fell in love with it the minute I took the drive. When we finally decided on the vehicle we wanted, after changing my mind a couple of times, we had to wait on it to be transported to us from another location. Thomas made sure to keep me informed of the process and even replied to me on his day off from home. Overall a great experience and I would recommend Thomas to any of my friends that are looking for an Infiniti! More

He worked diligently with both my husband and I to get us all the requested information over the phone as well as negotiating a fair sales price. Thomas exhibited excellent customer service and helped us get a fair trade in value for our suv. This is the first time we ever purchased a vehicle without seeing it first.
