Infiniti of Ontario has good customer service. However, there labor rates are not disclosed to a customer and they charge outrageous for simple service jobs. Had 3 hoses changed in my coolant syst However, there labor rates are not disclosed to a customer and they charge outrageous for simple service jobs. Had 3 hoses changed in my coolant system. The parts were $331 and labor was $1253.87. That’s outrageous for a job that took 3 hours to do. Be very careful and get labor prices ahead of any job as this happened to me today and was shocked! Service advisor made it look like parts were expensive when in reality they let me have it with labor. More

I have been driving infinity vehicles for well over 20 years, I switched over to the Ontario service center when the Riverside location closed, I could not say enough about the professionalism of the serv years, I switched over to the Ontario service center when the Riverside location closed, I could not say enough about the professionalism of the service advisers. My favorite adviser is Mike Longridge, He has been my adviser for about as long as I have been driving Infinities. I love the Ontario sales department. Because they really do value their customers. I purchased a new vehicle from their sales department 3 years ago. They gave me an amazing deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to those at drive infinities. Those who've never driven an Infiniti I would recommend a rest drive, At the Ontario store of course. More

Brought my car in fir an oil change. They performed routine service check which included checking tire tread. The tires were brand new. Their investigation confirmed this but they rotate They performed routine service check which included checking tire tread. The tires were brand new. Their investigation confirmed this but they rotated the tires anyway and charged me for it. Not happy. Brought this to their attention and they corrected by reversing the charges. Lesson learn- if the vehicle does not need a particular service, don’t do it and don’t charge the customer. More
