From simple routine maintenance, to major work, it’s nice to know that my car needs are taken care of with integrity and honesty. I tried other shops for my car needs and as soon as they see the car is an Infinite, repair prices skyrocket much more than what Infinite of Montclair charges. Now, I only take my car to Montclair Infinite. More

Had a 0920 hrs appointment and was told a 2 hr service including a 30 min computer update. No worries, I expected that, had my 3 kids with me and they had snacks. At the 2 hour mark asked about the car and was told it needed rear brake pads and it would be ready soon. At the four hour mark told car was done, and to bring back for a oil filter change........that’s why I brought it in for 4 hours ago!!!Olivia’ I think that’s the service lady’s name, had skipped out on us for lunch and left it to her co worker unable to explain her xxxxty customer service. Bought my vehicle there brand new 60K. Will go elsewhere for service (Jiffy Lube maybe) and will use another dealership to purchase next SUV. More
Always good!! Love my car! Only thing I don't like is that sensor goes off and tells me that the tire is low! They thought it was fixed but it's doing it again! The Love my car! Front License Plate Missing I did not have an appointment. I expected the wait to be about an hour or so. To my surprise it took less than 5 minutes, the Sales Manager Eric hap I did not have an appointment. I expected the wait to be about an hour or so. To my surprise it took less than 5 minutes, the Sales Manager Eric happen to be in the service department and was so helpful as always. He took care of me and made sure the work was done. Since then, for the scheduled services I was sent timely reminders which was very convenient for me. Service was finished in the promised time frame and the car is performing great. The experience with Olivia and Andrew was great as they made everything so so easy for me. Indeed its a great experience to deal with all the staff at this dealership.
