service dept I stopped in without an appointment to get an oil and filter change and have the dealer check the tire pressure. They told me it would be about 1 1/2 I stopped in without an appointment to get an oil and filter change and have the dealer check the tire pressure. They told me it would be about 1 1/2-1 3/4 hours and it was ready within an hour. I was very pleased that it didn't take as long as we thought and the car was clean, inside and out. Service dept Service is great! The only downfall of infiniti is the service dept. I have been trying to take in my car for service for brakes but was told they don Service is great! They're all out because ppl with recall have priority and it's a safety issue. I guess my situation is not a safety issue. Hmmmm...This is not good! If I could take my car in and leave it.... I would of done a few days ago but don't have a car to get around in and no family in my area. 4/15/17 UPDATE. Spoke to General Mgr. He went out of his way to accommodate me with a car....:) told me he will make sure I have a car available. But if not, he will rent one for me. I'm very pleased with the service provided and how much they care about their clients. Oliva service advisor is awesome!! She went out of her way to give me the best price for my brakes.They're definitely the best dealership I ever gone to. Thank you for the great service! More
