4 hour oil change. Brought my 2015 QX60 into Montclair Infiniti for a oil and filter change. Had a 0920 hrs appointment and was told a 2 hr service including a 30 min computer update. No worries, I expected that, had my 3 kids with me and they had snacks. At the 2 hour mark asked about the car and was told it needed rear brake pads and it would be ready soon. At the four hour mark told car was done, and to bring back for a oil filter change........that’s why I brought it in for 4 hours ago!!!Olivia’ I think that’s the service lady’s name, had skipped out on us for lunch and left it to her co worker unable to explain her xxxxty customer service. Bought my vehicle there brand new 60K. Will go elsewhere for service (Jiffy Lube maybe) and will use another dealership to purchase next SUV. More

Service dept Service is great! The only downfall of infiniti is the service dept. I have been trying to take in my car for service for brakes but was told they don Service is great! They're all out because ppl with recall have priority and it's a safety issue. I guess my situation is not a safety issue. Hmmmm...This is not good! If I could take my car in and leave it.... I would of done a few days ago but don't have a car to get around in and no family in my area. 4/15/17 UPDATE. Spoke to General Mgr. He went out of his way to accommodate me with a car....:) told me he will make sure I have a car available. But if not, he will rent one for me. I'm very pleased with the service provided and how much they care about their clients. Oliva service advisor is awesome!! She went out of her way to give me the best price for my brakes.They're definitely the best dealership I ever gone to. Thank you for the great service! More

Service was disappointing. Three weeks ago I brought in my leased car for service. I had been having trouble with the gas tank. The tank will shut off after 3-4$ worth of gas. Three weeks ago I brought in my leased car for service. I had been having trouble with the gas tank. The tank will shut off after 3-4$ worth of gas. I have been driving down the coast and had to stop numerous times to fill the tank to full. The service dept was aware of the problem as it occurs often. So why don't they fix this problem!!! I was told they tried to fill my tank at a gas station and it never happened. I questioned the service rep why this is not being fixed when it is an obvious problem that they are ALL aware of. He shrugged his shoulders and said it was probably the station I go to. Really!!! I travel for my job and use numerous stations. Secondly I have heard a noise in my front end and had brought that to their attention but they claimed they didn't hear that either. Service and the people I dealt with were very disappointing. I was told when I decided to buy the lease out that service dept would contact me to follow. I have left messages and no one has returned my call. I love the infiniti and hope that this gas issue does not become an issue now that I own the car!!! More
