They could not find the problem. They had my car for over 2 1\2 weeks and they could not figure the knocking noise coming from inside or anywhere in the engine. I talked to other techs at the Riverside Dealer and they seemed to know more about the problem. So I be taking my car to that dealer and hopefully the problem can be solve. More

I am very pleased with the way my car now drives My car came in with a plethora of things that needed attention. It is a 2009, M35X with 113,000 miles on it. Everything just happed to go at one. B My car came in with a plethora of things that needed attention. It is a 2009, M35X with 113,000 miles on it. Everything just happed to go at one. Brakes, spark plugs, radiator, radiator cover, hoses, etc. You get the picture. The repairs were not cheap, but I was taken back to the service department and I was shown each item that was in need of repair and "why". My car now drives like it is brand new. I could not be happier. My husband and I have owned Infiniti cars since 1993 and this has always been our dealership. Excellent and friendly service. More
Very Disappointed I'm a first time customer, I was recommended Olivia in service so I spoke to her. My issue was I disconnected my battery to my 2003 G35 which basicall I'm a first time customer, I was recommended Olivia in service so I spoke to her. My issue was I disconnected my battery to my 2003 G35 which basically reset my computers, So all I needed was a reset. Olivia asked my issues I explained she responded "sounds like a simple reset that's easy" I brought the car in on my lunch. When she took it to the back she came to me and said "that's not from a disconnected battery,it's off track and we need to figure out what the problem is it will cost $270.00 to "inspect" to the issue". I thought I was dealing with certified professionals?? A simple reset turned into a $270 "inspection". That doesn't guarantee the problem to be fixed. Sorry but that all sounds like a scam. I was very disappointed in the service by that individual. However the receptionist and other ladies were VERY kind and helpful. Thank you to them. More

Disappointing In July 2017, I dropped my car off because my gas tank would not open and that was at 12 o'clock I asked the girl "Jocelyn" (the take-in person) if th In July 2017, I dropped my car off because my gas tank would not open and that was at 12 o'clock I asked the girl "Jocelyn" (the take-in person) if they had time to do an oil change as well since I was already there. Olivia checked my car in and promised to give me a call back and provide an update and never did. I called at 2:00 PM because surely by then they should have an estimate and be able to tell me what is going on with my car. I left Olivia two messages and never got a callback from her. I called again and I asked to be transferred to the service department and Jocelyn promised to call me back and never did. This is very poor customer service and I am very pissed off. I should have received some type of notification as to what is going on with my car. I specifically asked if inifiniti had time today and I also repeatedly told them I need my car back today. At 3:30 she finally called me back and then tells me the Oil change has been done and they bypassed the gas tank which is fine since it would cost me $662 to fix. However I also asked that my drink cup holder be repaired. She said "oh I did not even check that yet" so now she has to call me back again. she was telling me to come pick up my car in 30 minutes when they hadn't even done everything I asked them to do. At 4:00 I finally just showed up at the dealership and was left sitting in the sales waiting area while she entertained some other dude regarding his car. I had to butt in and ask her what is going on with my car..... Before this escalated to this point it could have been deescalated by simply calling the customer ME and letting ME know what is going on well before the FIRST call 3.5 hours later. I knew today was a busy day. I'm not unreasonable. I also did not expect everything to be done within an hour. But I did expect to get a call with an estimate of costs and I did expect better customer service like I had received in the past from JULLIAN. When she finally called me in for my car she just told me the price. She didn't even bother to go over the diagnostic or tell me what was due to be repaired in the future. She just gave me the bill. I've been using Montclair Infiniti Service since 2007. This is the second vehicle I've had serviced here so this is not my first experience. BUT, Next time I will definitely ask for someone else OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! More
