I did not have time for car wash; otherwise, it would be complementary as well. Price is very reasonable for a luxury brand: $73 including tax for synthetic oil. My wife’s Lexus cost more than $120 at dealership. Waiting area is very nice, with gooumet coffee, satellite TV, and WiFi. The service advisor is very knowledgeable and professional. All in all, very satisfied. More

Never as promised There service department has no sense of time. This was my second time there after new management in the service department. First visit they had an impromptu meeting and didn't bother to tell the clients who were waiting for their cars. It took almost 3-4 hrs for an oil change. Plus my gauge readings weren't reset. This second time I went, it took almost 2 hrs. This time the under carriage cover of the car was not placed on correctly. It has to be replaced and I'm expecting them to replace it since when I brought the car there I had no problems with it. .. WORSE PLACE EVER FOR SERVICE.... STAY AWAY!!! More
