The employees seem to be happy with with their jobs. I love my car. The only complaint is the terrible gas mileage and charging $260 for trunk cover which has always been free with my other cars. I’ll use a blanket to cover my “cargo”. More

Never as promised There service department has no sense of time. This was my second time there after new management in the service department. First visit they had an There service department has no sense of time. This was my second time there after new management in the service department. First visit they had an impromptu meeting and didn't bother to tell the clients who were waiting for their cars. It took almost 3-4 hrs for an oil change. Plus my gauge readings weren't reset. This second time I went, it took almost 2 hrs. This time the under carriage cover of the car was not placed on correctly. It has to be replaced and I'm expecting them to replace it since when I brought the car there I had no problems with it. .. WORSE PLACE EVER FOR SERVICE.... STAY AWAY!!! More

Great service experience! I bought my SUV used at a different dealership but go to Montclair for service. Not buying it there hasn’t affected my treatment! The last time I was there my car wasn’t washed because it was a rainy day but I was told to stop by another day when I’m in the area and they will wash it for me. More
