Shocked by Service Repair Estimate It took two visits to the service department for them to diagnose a problem that according to the service adviser, "they had not seen before". The dealership contacted corporate and was informed that the HICAS Actuator needed to be replaced to resolve the issue. The cost to replace the part was a shocking $6,000. I have researched online and found Infiniti owners who have similar issued with their cars. Some owners have replaced the HICAS Actuator and the problem persists. This is my second Infiniti and both have had major service problems. Saddened and disappointed by the poor quality of Infiniti cars. More

They could not find the problem. They had my car for over 2 1\2 weeks and they could not figure the knocking noise coming from inside or anywhere in the engine. I talked to other techs at the Riverside Dealer and they seemed to know more about the problem. So I be taking my car to that dealer and hopefully the problem can be solve. More
