We regularly need assistance and someone who is fami When Infiniti of Riverside closed down we were given a couple of choices where to take our cars. We regularly need assistance and someone who is familiar with the way we work. Being a business ourselves requires some flexibility as there is process to drop offs and pick ups. We are not like individual customers and with over 22000 cars in our inventory sometimes requests can take longer than usual to fill. Olivia jumped on the job right away. She has handled organizing our regular port mod repairs as well as our one-off repairs that need to be completed. It great to have help. She's patient, yet persistent, She thorough and friendly. We're glad to have her. More
Took way too long I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 for service. The lobby was extremely busy. So not sure which of the service ladies took my car keys and I waited outside. No one came to get me for check in and here is 2:10. RIDICULOUS! Then upon my return after the car wash there was a scratch on the back of my car. I always thoroughly check my car on a daily and I know that there was never a key scratch there. I normally wash my own car just for the purpose of other people don’t care about your car. Freaking pissed! More

Little strange seeing 2 Ferrari’s on showroom floor. Hopefully a comfortable lounge. Oh car was brought up ready to go but there was a couple of issues discovered that I thought they would have brought to my attention sooner. But all is good, had a loaner, they kept my car to fix. I might have been out if there sooner had I known. More
Blown tire I purchased a CPO vehicle about a month ago. I hit something on the freeway that put a huge hole in one of the tires. I made an appointment at Infiniti of Montclair to replace the tire. Jerome Porter was great to work with. He did his due diligence and discovered that the tires were covered under s road hazard program. It took some work but he was able to get the tire covered. I didn’t have to pay a dime. This will be my new spot for service. Give Jerome a raise. More
