I like that the service department offers quick shuttle service to my work and courtesy loaner vehicle at the major service intervals. Oil change pricing is fair and includes a car wash, which adds value. More

I suppose I expected adequate or superb customer service seeing that I was at a luxury dealership, however the service felt a lot like McDonalds. We regularly need assistance and someone who is fami When Infiniti of Riverside closed down we were given a couple of choices where to take our cars. We regularly need assistance and someone who is familiar with the way we work. Being a business ourselves requires some flexibility as there is process to drop offs and pick ups. We are not like individual customers and with over 22000 cars in our inventory sometimes requests can take longer than usual to fill. Olivia jumped on the job right away. She has handled organizing our regular port mod repairs as well as our one-off repairs that need to be completed. It great to have help. She's patient, yet persistent, She thorough and friendly. Took way too long I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 for service. The lobby was extremely busy. Then upon my return after the car wash there was a scratch on the back of my car. I always thoroughly check my car on a daily and I know that there was never a key scratch there. I normally wash my own car just for the purpose of other people don’t care about your car. Freaking pissed! More
