Upon entering Infiniti of Montclair (IOM) Kirby Jones greeted me with a warm smile and guarantee that I would leave them a happy customer. After dealing with numerous other dealerships, I was not so confident about her assurance. But, after spending 3 hours choose MY car, with MY options, at MY price, I can honestly say that IOM is the best Infiniti dealership in Los Angeles. Kirby Jones, as well as the rest of the IOM staff, went up and beyond what I expected any dealership to do. More recently, I have gone there for my scheduled maintenance services, as well as an unscheduled tire problem. I can now say that ALL of IOM's staff is extremely courteous and professional.
