I own a Infiniti G35X and found out a couple months ago that the driver's seat had something wrong with it. I called the Infiniti Consumer's number and told them about the problem. They told me that the that the driver's seat had something wrong with it. I called the Infiniti Consumer's number and told them about the problem. They told me that the power in the seat was gone and because of that, there was a chance that the air bag would not go off if I got into a crash. Infiniti told me that I could get it fixed right away for no charge because of my car's low mileage. I took the car to Infiniti of Norwood because it was the place where I bought my first Infinity cars. I was very pleased with the service department there and they were very nice. Chris Musone also helped inform me very well with what was going on. Thanks for the great service! More
When I found out on an Infiniti forum that my car had an open recall I called a few Infiniti dealers in the Boston area. She ensured me an appointment for the next day as well as a loaner car (which none of the other dealers could do). So needless to say I was pumped. I show up at the dealership around 8:00 am and drove right into the service bay (which was AWESOME because it was freezing outside). Now this was my first experience with an Infiniti dealer, so I didn't know what to expect. I was greeted by a friendly service writer named Chris, we sat down and went over all the information needed, and even had time to chat about baseball (go Phillies!). 10 minutes later my loaner car was outside running and as warm as could be. Mid afternoon I received a call from Chris with all the info about my FX. He also let me know that my car was being washed and vacuumed! I showed up to the dealership later that afternoon to my car waiting in the service bay as clean as I have ever seen it! I know that reputation is everything at a dealership. Infiniti of Norwood deserves 5++ stars for the service and the way they treat their customers. I am thankful I drove out if my way to find a rare gem of a service department. I purchased my I30T from Infiniti of Norwood 10 years ago and have had all of my service done by the service department. They always take great care of me and my car, service is always done on time and correct the first time. Additionally, in the event that you are not satisfied with any work performed, they will work diligently to ensure that the matter is resolved to your satisfaction. In the past I have tried other Infiniti dealers, however, I always end up back with Infiniti of Norwood because I feel that my needs are best addressed by this dealer. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that expects superior service with a team of friendly professionals. More

This is my second Infiniti. I have had both cars services at Infiniti of Norwood. The service is consistently aimed at satisfying the customer. I attribute the fact that rarely does anything fail in the car at Infiniti of Norwood. The service is consistently aimed at satisfying the customer. I attribute the fact that rarely does anything fail in the car to the regular maintenance schedule which Infiniti recommends and the quaklity of the work performed here. I have had my 2003 Infiniti G35 serviced at Norwood since it was purchased. Kerry has gone above and beyond many times in order to make sure my car was 100% to my satifaction. Just as an example, my drivers side back door had some corrosion on the pillar, it was not coevered by warrenty, She contacted corporate infiniti and had them come out and look at the issue. SHe had them replace the entire door at no cost to me. EXCELLENT service. My experince has always been above anything I have had elsewhere. More
