Beware of service department I've been bringing my car here for 5 years, I'm a 6'3" guy. The one time my wife brought the car in by herself we had a very different experience. The I've been bringing my car here for 5 years, I'm a 6'3" guy. The one time my wife brought the car in by herself we had a very different experience. The car was in fine working order but after an oil change we were told the car could not get a safety inspection service due to faulty front end parts. The car had 60,000 miles but has never had any issues. We declined the work and as soon as we leave the shop the car is now making obvious noises in the front end. I firmly believe these people damaged the bearings in the front end so that they could get the repair job. Further they said the car could not be inspected due to an airbag sensor. It took me 30 seconds to google airbag sensor and reset it myself. The dealer wanted 45 minutes diagnostic time just to figure if there was a problem. Stay clear of this dealer!!! I did send the GM a letter to tell them of my experience and recieved no response. More
Took in a Used INFINITI M35X for an outstanding recall, and they brought me up to speed on the dymamics of the car and items for future attention. Have been here previously quite a few times for service and well handled and positive experiences. Today brought my car in for service and Fernando Diaz was the person that handled my service. Went above what I was entitled to with my service and since I was spending a bit of money for car repairs and he added a few extra procedures that he could have charged me for. Very appreciative and a great experience and a wonderful employee should always be recognized. Thanks Fernando ! More
\I went to a local Nissan dealer to have my winter wheels/tires swapped, but they had problems with the TPMS. I then went to Infiniti of Norwood to have them do the TPMS, whereupon they said they wer wheels/tires swapped, but they had problems with the TPMS. I then went to Infiniti of Norwood to have them do the TPMS, whereupon they said they were going to charge me $125 to do just the TPMS...ironic, since I paid $60 to do the entire wheel/TPMS swap just the prior season at Infiniti of Norwood!!! When confronted, the service person I dealt with said it was the Service Manager's decision, not his -- and they eventually relented and agreed to do it for the low, low price of $60. Yeah, right. I also find it ironic that, for some reason, they didn't tell me that Infiniti USA would be contacting me about my service experience, like they did every other time I had my vehicle serviced. Maybe it's because they tried to rip me off, I called them on the carpet, and was quite candid about my displeasure at their trying to fleece me?!? Absolutely disgusting. How many other poor suckers have they gouged? I don't know, and I don't care. See ya, Infiniti of Norwood. More
