Infiniti of Norwood is an exceptionally customer service oriented dealership. Prior to my purchase, I also visited another Infiniti dealership, who although the staff were friendly & helpful, the dealershi oriented dealership. Prior to my purchase, I also visited another Infiniti dealership, who although the staff were friendly & helpful, the dealership was not interested in entertaining competitive price adjustments. Eric & Yaro both delivered outstanding premium service by listening to my needs and offering reasonable choices. I am 100% satisfied not only with my Infiniti, but also with the level of excellence provided by Infniti of Norwood! I use to dread visiting dealerships. However this was the best dealership experience I've ever encountered. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Infiniti of Norwood! More
