Nice but slow I made an appointment to the Infiniti of Northern Kentucky for an oil service. I was promptly greeted by a worker. It was my first time at this locati I made an appointment to the Infiniti of Northern Kentucky for an oil service. I was promptly greeted by a worker. It was my first time at this location so they needed some information. I was told that the service would take approximately 1 hour and was directed to their waiting room and was offered snacks and beverages. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I was offered coffee my a couple of employees which was nice gesture. Overall I had a good experience however my wait was much longer than what they had told me. I was there for almost 2 hours and it seemed that other customers who had come in after me had already gotten their cars serviced and left. My only recommendation is that it would have been nice to be get a notice that my service was going to take longer than expected. More
