Honestly could not say enough about this dealership 🎉as someone who’s had the worst purchase experience with my last vehicle, it was the opposite experience with Infiniti Northern Kentucky. No creepy/pushy sales talk that makes you feel like you got suckered or jipped! The Best part: I did not have to step into a dealership AT ALL! But maybe it would have been okay to do so at Infinity Northern Kentucky with their superior customer service!! 1. Chelsey - from the moment she called me till purchase, she has been nothing but helpful, accommodating, not pushy and very patient with my requests. She facilitated an in-home test drive ON THE SAME DAY 🤯🎉. And made sure to follow-up and run the numbers for me! It was like talking to a friend the whole time, knowing she had my best interest. 2. Sam- awesome guy! Came to my house all the way from Kentucky to West Chester for my test drive, Answered all my questions and was very patient with my test drive, gave me all the information about warranties, dropped off the car / paperwork for signatures/ picked up my trade the day after test drive! 🎉 3. Casey - great follow-up! Gave me an awesome rate for my trade! And made sure to let me know about other things I can avail of without being annoying and pushy! I have already recommended this dealership to friends! Love my SUV and love this dealership! PS Chelsey should get 5 stars too! But she’s not on the list below! More
