Always great service! I drive out to Lisle Infiniti (from Oak Forest) because I do not like the Orland Park dealership - they cannot compare to the quality of service provided by Doug Cameron in the se (from Oak Forest) because I do not like the Orland Park dealership - they cannot compare to the quality of service provided by Doug Cameron in the service department. I see him every time because he makes sure my car is taken care of to my satisfaction!! He goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assured that my car 2004 G35 Coupe runs perfectly. I just had the clutch worked on and it didn't seem right after driving it. Doug insisted that I bring it back with no questions asked!! He wanted my car to be perfect for me. I picked it up today and it runs like the first day I bought it almost eight years ago!! This dealership makes you feel like family!! They will ALWAYS have my business and I highly recommend them to anyone. More

My son has an Infiniti and I love it because of the ride, the sound, the look, the features and the quality. Bill Haines was great on the phone then in person he was knowledgable and professional with a personal touch. We agreed on a price quickly. As he prepared the paperwork, Assad Hamzeh went over all the technology - a great instructor with a smile and patience!! I came back to the dealership for the special coating for the inside and outside of the car. EVERYONE was great!!! Ursula, Bill, Assad and the technician were kind, smiling, helpful and explained the procedure and the time needed. The loaner was great! Thanks for making my car buying experience the best ever!! On a previous visit after we purchased our pre-owned 2008 G35X, I noticed a Locking lug was missing from one of the wheels. On a day off, I visited again to get it fixed but they did not have any loaner cars available. I went to say hello to our salesman Scott, and heasked how everything was going. I explained to hm that I was in to get the tire repaired. He asked if I was going to wait for it and I told him I hd to due to the fact that all the loaner cars were out. He told me he would take care of me and rturned with a key to a car I could use while mine was getting repaired. That's the kind of service that will keep me coming back to Infinity of Lisle for years to come. I have also reccomended your dealership to several people I know. I bought my first Infiniti at Lisle in 1996 and have yet to find a dealer with better service. I have been to other dealers but went back to Lisle asking for help understanding my 60,000 mile service. Chr to find a dealer with better service. Christian Lafferty went through all the options, explained in detail the different items on the list, and described the way the Lisle Service Dept. did some of the work that is different from other dealers. He told me what service my car needed that fit my particular car and my driving lifestyle. He went over the cost of each job. He gave me the control of decisions. No one at Lisle pushed me to have more done than I needed or wanted. The other people there helped me find a wonderful deli a block away, and kept my heavy bag while I was gone, gave me candy for dessert when I returned, checked on me while I waited. The service was completed well ahead of the expected time even though they fit me in their already busy schedule. It is a place of activity, with enthused and helpful staff, who all do an amazing job. They always do the job professionally, well done, and with a great attitude. You can go out of your way for this place because they will very much go out of their way to help you get what you want. More
