SOOOO Disappointed that I am writing reviews So disappointed about the service department. I never had an Infinity before and always thought highly of the vehicle until today. She was more intere So disappointed about the service department. I never had an Infinity before and always thought highly of the vehicle until today. She was more interested into me understanding what she is saying rather than hearing my complaint about the grinding noise in the front and the pulling to left or right when breaking on an uneven surface. She said it was engine noise and that the power of an infinity motor pulls the car to the sides. It was quite insulting for my complaints to just be dismissed. I called a different dealer who will try to check the bearings. More

After going to several dealers to have our SUV diagnosed and told nothing was wrong. We just couldn't except the fact nothing was wrong. Seemed these other places did not care. I'm now in my 3rd Infiniti in the last 7 years. As usual the experience was great and Steve, Ryan, Joe T., Hilary, Ryan and Christian were extremely attentive, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Infiniti if Naperville to other friends, family or colleagues. Great job gang!! Keep up the good work! More
Doug Cameron was very helpful in providing me good analysis and advice. And I really appreciated after I chose not to get my car fixed, that he took the time to make sure I was pleased with the sales analysis and advice. Scott's a good guy and seemed really trust worthy and caring. He went above the call of duty by finding my old license plate holders that were important to me. I initially went to the dealership to get a pre-purchase inspection performed on a vehicle I was evaluating from another car lot. While waiting for the results, Doug informed us that we might talk with Scot inspection performed on a vehicle I was evaluating from another car lot. While waiting for the results, Doug informed us that we might talk with Scott to see if the dealership had any cars on the lot that matched the criteria we were looking for. Scott showed us a couple of cars and we settled on one used vehicle that met our desired criteria (quality, odometer miles, price, mpg). The results of the inspection on the other used vehicle were not good and so we returned it to the other car lot and purchased the vehicle Scott showed us. Both Doug and Scott were very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely return to this dealership (even though it is ~3.5 hours from my home) to purchase another vehicle, and I will recommend it to other people. EXHAUST SYSTEM WAS REPAIRED RATHER THAN REPLACED AT GREAT COST. I SAVED LOTS OF MONEY!! NICE JOB ON DASH REPLACEMENT (WARRANTY). LOOKS LIKE NEW. I SHOULD HAVE HAD IT DONE A LONG TIME AGO BUT I WAS AFRAID COST. I SAVED LOTS OF MONEY!! NICE JOB ON DASH REPLACEMENT (WARRANTY). LOOKS LIKE NEW. I have been coming to Lisle Infiniti since 2009 when I purchased my G37xS from this dealership. For nearly four years, my wife and I have been bringing in our Infiniti vehicles to Lisle for service and h purchased my G37xS from this dealership. For nearly four years, my wife and I have been bringing in our Infiniti vehicles to Lisle for service and have only the greatest things to say about their service staff, particularly guys like Christian Lafferty, Doug Cameron, and Drew Panegasser. These guys go the extra mile, they are honest, up front about issues that do and do not need to be addressed on our vehicles. I cannot expect more from a service department than the type of professionalism we have received. We are lucky to be around a department like Lisle that is close to our home, we feel like we are at home when we visit this dealership. Truly, the service experience makes a huge difference in our perception of the ownership of any vehicle, and this dealership makes me want to keep buying the infiniti brand. Kudos to another job well done! More
