Rip off during simple service request I went for ‘car starting issue’ plus oil change and basic winterization service. The extended warranty company couldn’t cover the ‘car starting issu I went for ‘car starting issue’ plus oil change and basic winterization service. The extended warranty company couldn’t cover the ‘car starting issue’ as the dealership couldn’t prove the results to the warranty company. The car was at dealership for 4 days. Finally when I went for pick up; they charged me $440 for basic service; which was originally quoted to be less than $200. The service department lied to me and wrote wrongly that the service representative spoke to me about these charges. Apparently the service representative was on vacation the day after I dropped off my car, until I picked up after 4 days. No one has spoken to me during this period. This was real rip off More

Felt unliked Brought my QX60 in because was due for my oil change was asked about my 15,000 mile service. I replied no not at this time. Please just service my oil change and my maintenance tires indicator light. Service technician replied yes that would all be covered in your 15,000 mile for $150.00 ( around that price). I again stated please just oil and check tires. Also wash please. Waited got my car back,after I came looking for it which was still filthy from tires to carpet, my service guy saw that I wasnt happy never came to my aid. Porter took away my car to re-clean for me. 45 minutes later after I came looking for my car again. It was finally done when I got in to drive away maintenance tires light was still on. I was a bit upset at this point. First because I'm getting the cold shoulder for not PURCHASING the maintenance package from service guy, second because I've now been at this dealership for over 2 hours and my simple requests have not been satisfied. Another service technician came to my aid and asked of the problem I repeated the light and my original service gentleman yelled across the garage "U DIDNT PAY FOR TIRE ROTATION THATS WHY YOUR LIGHTS STILL ON" I replied so you couldnt check the air for me and turn off the service light. Again he replied you only paid for oil change so that's what we did. It was quite obvious he was annoyed since I didnt pay for a 15,000 check up.. So because of that I was treated without respect.I feel as though this simple oil change and filling of my tires turned intoharrassment. This is my 2nd QX60 from this dealership. If this is how I'll be treated in the future it will be my last.. More
