This review is Not accurate. The items mentioned were not covered under warranty because the client installed them himself incorrectly and then went to another dealership that submitted a claim under false pretense. We will not submit false warranty claims

The answers that I gave on the survey was misunderstood my technical advisor was excellent he (Doug Cameron) received all fives, the problem with the transmission was 3 and 4 but that wasn’t a reflection on my Infiniti of Naperville that was toward the manufacturer of the transmission, Doug and Infinity always give me excellent service, conversation respect

Hello Karen, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I can understand that the diagnosis fee can be concerning at times. I know that most shops do charge a diagnosis fee because occasionally certain items won't be covered because of damage.
