His knowledge is very good, great attitude and I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and come back to Ifiniti of Lisle for service. The only concern I have is that they do not clean up after the mechanics. Even though the exterior is clean the interior has been very dirty with finger print and foot print marks in the areas worked on. Other than that, Christian and Jayson are fantastic. More
Was in town from St. Louis to visit and had a flat tire on the way up. I needed to get a full size tire on my car before the return trip. I explained the situation and Corey and his team assured me they had a tire that was comprable to what was already on my car and they could get it done quickly. On a Saturday morning, without and appointment, they had my car ready to go in 45 minutes. But the true service came after that. I have a tire warranty for my car that I purchased when it was new. They gave me all the information I would need in order to fulfill the requirements to get reimbursed. It was clear that have had to deal with the situation before because they gave me all the required information as well as the actual tire back since they knew that would be required for reimbursement. After a flat tire out of town on a Friday night, I was unsure what my options were. Corey and his team at Infiniti of Lisle made the situation the best it could be and additionally, gave me the best chance of getting reimbursed for the damage. More

In addition, Christian will invest time in judging both service timing and is able to service experience each time my vehicle has required service. Christian Lafferty, the service consultant I worked with, was also very pleasant and always made sure to keep me up to speed about what was happening with my car. Whether I'm just in there for an oil change, or for a more complex issue, Christian has proven to be quite knowledgable when it comes to vehicles. Recently, I brought my QX4 to Infiniti of Lisle. I received such awesome service. Mike Harlow, really is such a pleasure to work with. He is an asset to the dealership. Every time I need service I go through Mike and every time I get my car back clean and repaired as promised and when promised. He is one class act. In the past, whenever I needed service on my other vehicles, Chryslers, I must tell you that I never did take my cars to the dealer to be serviced. The thought never even crossed my mind. With my Infiniti, it is the other way around. I wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere but to Inifiti of Lisle, and I am not going to lie here, the major reason is because of Mike Harlow and how I am treated. In my past experiences with Chrysler and Dodge, I have been treated poorly and as though I was ignorant because I am a woman. Not with Mike and Infiniti of Lisle. He is very gracious and respectful - he is the best and his going above and beyond is appreciated. Thank you. More

I bought a 2008 Infiniti G35X back in January and right off the bat it had a couple service issues. I worked with Mike Harlow in the Infiniti of Lisle service dept and he went the extra mile to get me int off the bat it had a couple service issues.
