Only complaint with service is that I've repeatedly complained about the right wiper and repeated replacement of blade has not helped the smearing. Nobody is willing to admit that there might be somet complained about the right wiper and repeated replacement of blade has not helped the smearing. Nobody is willing to admit that there might be something wrong with the wiper arm or that there is nothing that can be done to correct the problem. Otherwise, the service department has been excellent in every other regard! More
I purchased my Infinity FX35 in 2004 from Infinity of Lisle. The initial sales experience was one of the best I've had with a new car dealership. Smooth, simple and very importantly, I did not feel that anyone was playing "games" with me during the negotiation process. Delivery of the car went smoothly, and all of its functionality was explained to me. Since then, I've brought it to the service department for all of the scheduled services, and again, feel that I've been treated very fairly - from the initial "consultation" with the sales manager, to follow-up calls during the servicing (if anything else was discovered that we had not discussed)to the final pick-up of the car. During my warranty period, I never had a problem getting a "loaner" car according to whatever personal schedule I required. And importantly again, I've never felt taken advantage of when the final bill was presented - it was always "no surprises"! The vehicle itself has been wonderful. As I recall, I've only had one problem with the car outside of the normal maintenance cycle, which was covered under the warranty with no hassles. All in all, I would highly recommend Infinity cars in general, and Infinity of Lisle specifically, both for purchasing a vehicle as well as having it serviced. Jeff in Wheaton More
We have purchased our last 3 cars from Infiniti of Lisle. Two were purchased new, the 3rd was pre-owned. All 3 cars have been great! Each time I have come in for service Mike has scheduled my appointment and checked me in, if there was ever an issue it was taken care of quickly and professionally. I have never had to wait for a service loaner and the cars are always clean and a pleasure to drive, as well as the entire service department and waiting area being well kept.
