I couldn't be more pleased with my salesman Scott. He was, is, a gentlemen of the highest quality. Very knowledgable of your product and bends over backwards to help you. But that didn't stop Scott's kindness and helpfulness, it just wasn't meant to be this time. But I can tell you this with absoulute certainty, when I am ready to buy a new car, or my wife, bless her, who had bought a car from your dealership in the past, the very first place we will come to is Infiniti of Lisle and Scott will definetly be my salesman. I am a old school person and I believe in loyality and honesty, both great qualities poccessed by Scott. More

Received a free tire alignment and had a valet pick up - it was done quick and friendly. I also purchased my car last April - very thorough - so far I am happy w/ the service and the car and would recommen it was done quick and friendly. I brought the car in for a check engine light, a 2002 Infiniti I35 with 78000 miles, I was not expecting a bill for $1964. with a recommendation of $1450. more. We had been bringing the car in for factory service till the warranty ran out, but have been maintaining the recommended service schedule on our own. I didn't believe the price I was quoted for work that was an absolute necessity, plus the additional work that was needed. The service writer I worked with kept telling me he was sharpening his pencil to get me a better price. By him sharpening his pencil on a $2000. bill, he saved me about $50. For buying the car from here new and having it serviced here many times, that didn't seem like a very good deal. I was not even offered the coupon discount for service that is mailed out periodically during the year. Needless to say, he needs a new pencil sharpener,and I will have to find a new shop to service my Infiniti. More
I own my second G20, a car that has been outstanding for me (woman under 5ft 2 in.) The Lisle IL Infiniti service shop has been unfailingly courteous.The work is excellent, the time estimated to perform the me (woman under 5ft 2 in.) Mike Harlow in service is the best. Had my last two FX35's worked on their and the team at Infiniti of Lisle was great. I have purchased 3 cars from them in the past 5 years, have always felt as if i was getting a great deal, and have left happy an pleasant experience. My service visits are always pleasant, as the dealership has my car picked up, provides me with a loaner vehicle, and return my car (always clean) when they are done. I then receive a phone call from Mike Harlow who explains to me what was done, if there were any problems, and how i can settle any bills over the phone or via mail. It couldn't get easier! More
