Originally Infiniti of Lisle was not on our shopping list due to their location. But my co-worker recommended this dealership to me saying there are some good deals going on over there and people are very fr due to their location. I ended up getting a great deal, the whole transaction was so smooth ,no pressure , they gave me a great price on my trade in. We've bought our first car @ Infiniti of Lisle couple of years ago. We were treated nice and got a great deal that's why we decided to do it again when my wife needed another vehicle. I just bought my G37X in Liles of Infiniti. The people there are very friendly, especially the sales consultant who took care of me. I had been tried many dealers before I went to the infiniti of Liles, and those sales person in other dealers just tried to dig deep into you pocket, get the most money out of you. But in this dealer, I got a really good deal. I have been driving my new ride for almost two month; it's really a smoth ride. And I still am getting phone calls from my sales consultant, asking about how satisfied I am with the car and their service. Hey, how many dealer would do this to their customers after the sales? I dealt with Terry Becker, the finance manager, and he was very professional, friendly and above all helpful. He was really quick and got me out of there faster than I had imagined. Very Very rude, unprofessional and no respect to customers. Can you imagine the owner of the dealer said he don't appreciate your business and you are cheap because a customer trying to bargain the customers. Even the manager don't care and respect his customers, what would other salespeople treat the customers? I will never never recommend anyone to shop with them.
