We had been teetering between the Acura TL and the Infiniti G35x. Infiniti was offering .9% for 60 months so we made the trip to the dealer. We arrived at 7:30 pm on a Saturday. The sale associate, Tony Saldana, had us test driving the car in no time. Tony explained every option on the G35x and even showed us how to link our cell phones. The test drive was great as he had us in a parking lot demonstrating the handling of the car in the snow! His knowledge of the automobile was second to none. We arrived back around 8:30 pm for what we always dread when buying a car… the negotiation process. To our delight we gave our offer ($500 over invoice) and it was accepted with no haggling. Out the door as proud owners of a 2008 G35x w/ Nav at 9:30 pm (30 minutes after they closed). They even got us some sodas for the trip home. Since owning the car we had a nail in the tire and some other service work done (spoiler, paint protection, and oil change). With three of these events the salesman, Tony, picked my car up at work, left a loaner car, and had my car back to me by day end. With the other service related visit the salesman actually drove me home! That's customer service!!! More

He was completley honest and straight forward about any questions i had to ask. He let me explore the car to my liking and cut all the filler out of our conversation. I really felt as if the he was trying to find the car best for me, not just the car he would make the most money off of. Also he managed to do all this while making me feel comfortable and at ease about buying my first car. When i think of how buying a car should be i think simplicity, honesty, and quality service. Tony met, exceeded, and set a new standard for my expectations of buying a car. Walking away from Infiniti of Lisle i felt compeletely confident that i had purchased a quality inspected car and receieved the best deal i could have gotten. I am also confident that Tony would not have let me walk away from that lot without being 250% satisfied with the car, the price, and the terms. I would personally recommend Tony to anyone looking for a car. He cuts out the unncessary conversation and puts the most important facts on the table. He is service oriented and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfrotable, respected, and confident in making your purchase. If you live near Infiniti of Lisle and you are looking for a car, Definitely ask for Tony Saldana. I could not have asked for a better experience. More

I purchased my second car in 3 years from this dealership. I purchased a M35 from Infiniti of Lisle 3 years ago and my experience with the salesperson Tony Saldana was great. Not only was he frien dealership. I purchased a M35 from Infiniti of Lisle 3 years ago and my experience with the salesperson Tony Saldana was great. Not only was he friendly and personable, he was very informative too. This time around I was looking to purchase a G37 Sport. I went back to Tony and Infiniti of Lisle due to the great service. Not only had Tony touched base with my every 6 months or so after I purchased my M35 to see if everything was going well with my vehicle, he also swung by my work place to pick up my car on several occasions when my service was due. Now that's service !!! No disrespect intended, but my dealings with car salesmen in the past have not been the most memorable and typically have left me seething. But I must say my dealings with both Infiniti of Lisle and Tony Saldana have made the experience of buying a car a lot more enjoyable. In addition, the staff in the service department and great at what they do. I have highly recommend this dealership and Tony to friends and family and their experience has also been exceptional. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. More

(I am also in the customer service profession and that sort of treatment is so important and so appreciated!) I have recommended Bob and Infiniti of Lisle to several of my friends and aquaintances, some of which have seen Bob and purchased cars from him as well. They were also very happy dealing with Bob and with their purchases. I will continue to buy cars from Bob in the future and always recommend him and Infiniti of Lisle to anyone I know that is looking for a car. More

I recently purchased my 2008 Infiniti G37xS from Robert Saldana at Lisle Infiniti. Let me just tell you, after a horrible experience at Motorwerks (Barrington) and Fields Infiniti, I ended up at Lisle Inf Saldana at Lisle Infiniti. Let me just tell you, after a horrible experience at Motorwerks (Barrington) and Fields Infiniti, I ended up at Lisle Infiniti and Robert Saldana would not turn me away unhappy. Not only did he fight for the price I wanted and thought was fair, but he also got me top dollar (by over $2000) for my 2004 Acura TL trade in. I finished the deal and finished all the paperwork in RECORD TIME: 1 hour and 45 minutes -- for those of you who haven't purchased a car before -- door to door (entering the dealership to entering and driving off in your new car) this is AMAZINGLY FAST. Robert Saldana provided my wife and I with a great experience, and I have already referred business to Robert since my purchase and my friends have been equally satisfied. I will DEFINITELY be coming to Robert again for another Infiniti in the future, and my family owns FIVE Infiniti vehicles and ALL of them will be serviced now at Lisle Infiniti thanks to this great experience. I'm not normally a person that leaves feedback online, but I felt in this case it was particularly important as other dealership were trying to rip me off during this purchase. More

The fear of every car buyer is that the salesman will hard sell the product, just to make a commision. However Bob appeared to me to be informative and helpful when asked, but was not pushy. I certainly appreciate that type of attitude when making any large purchase and I will recommend Bob to any of my friends who are looking to buy a car. More
