Recently, I brought my QX4 to Infiniti of Lisle. I received such awesome service. Mike Harlow, really is such a pleasure to work with. He is an asset to the dealership. Every time I need service I go through Mike and every time I get my car back clean and repaired as promised and when promised. He is one class act. In the past, whenever I needed service on my other vehicles, Chryslers, I must tell you that I never did take my cars to the dealer to be serviced. The thought never even crossed my mind. With my Infiniti, it is the other way around. I wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere but to Inifiti of Lisle, and I am not going to lie here, the major reason is because of Mike Harlow and how I am treated. In my past experiences with Chrysler and Dodge, I have been treated poorly and as though I was ignorant because I am a woman. Not with Mike and Infiniti of Lisle. He is very gracious and respectful - he is the best and his going above and beyond is appreciated. Thank you. More
I visited Infiniti of lisle. My husband and I were looking for a used infiniti g35x. as soon as we stepped inside the dealership, our salesman Moe Skaik was there by the door. As a woman shopping for a new car on her own, I knew I would have more challenges in negotiating a deal on a vehicle than men would. Therefore, I made sure I did my homework on pricing (invoice, dealer holdback, etc) and after getting my "ducks in line" I started shopping the local chicagoland area for my new 2008 G35x. I knew this was the car I wanted, I just needed to find the best deal. Sadly, I felt like I was not getting the best price from various dealerships in the chicagoland area, except for one, Lisle Infiniti. Moe Skaik approached me with a friendly handshake and without forcing me to start negotiating for my car, he quickly brought his inventory list out to me, had me sit in his office and found the two or three vehicles on the lot that matched the color and options I wanted in my new Infiniti. We quickly found the car I wanted and without wasting any time, and after he heard my "struggles" from the day of shopping and disappointing dealer encounters at other Infiniti dealerships in the area, he cut right to the chase -- not only did he offer me the best deal I had seen that day, but he helped me get a better deal on the tire/wheel protection package and the extended warranty. I was VERY satisfied with his extremely excellent way of dealing with me as a new Infiniti customer and I was grateful that he didn't allow the fact that I was a woman make him try and get more money out of me for the deal. He treated me with respect and appreciated my knowlege about the vehicle and did not treat me like an idiot. Thanks for everything Moe! More
My experience with Infiniti of Lisle was great. I worked with Moe Skaik as my salesman. Moe was very courteous and treated me and my fiancee with respect. He has followed this up with phone calls to make sure the car is running great. Moe qouoted a price that was reasonable and was willing to negotiate with none of the usual "salesman" tactics. It was a pleasure doing business with Moe and I will be doing business with him again!!! More

We had been teetering between the Acura TL and the Infiniti G35x. Infiniti was offering .9% for 60 months so we made the trip to the dealer. We arrived at 7:30 pm on a Saturday. The sale associate, Tony Saldana, had us test driving the car in no time. Tony explained every option on the G35x and even showed us how to link our cell phones. The test drive was great as he had us in a parking lot demonstrating the handling of the car in the snow! His knowledge of the automobile was second to none. We arrived back around 8:30 pm for what we always dread when buying a car… the negotiation process. To our delight we gave our offer ($500 over invoice) and it was accepted with no haggling. Out the door as proud owners of a 2008 G35x w/ Nav at 9:30 pm (30 minutes after they closed). They even got us some sodas for the trip home. Since owning the car we had a nail in the tire and some other service work done (spoiler, paint protection, and oil change). With three of these events the salesman, Tony, picked my car up at work, left a loaner car, and had my car back to me by day end. With the other service related visit the salesman actually drove me home! That's customer service!!! More
