Was in town from St. Louis to visit and had a flat tire on the way up. I needed to get a full size tire on my car before the return trip. I explained the situation and Corey and his team assured me they had a tire that was comprable to what was already on my car and they could get it done quickly. On a Saturday morning, without and appointment, they had my car ready to go in 45 minutes. But the true service came after that. I have a tire warranty for my car that I purchased when it was new. They gave me all the information I would need in order to fulfill the requirements to get reimbursed. It was clear that have had to deal with the situation before because they gave me all the required information as well as the actual tire back since they knew that would be required for reimbursement. After a flat tire out of town on a Friday night, I was unsure what my options were. Corey and his team at Infiniti of Lisle made the situation the best it could be and additionally, gave me the best chance of getting reimbursed for the damage. More

In my case, I asked for the so called "under invoice" price that he was talking about. Well, his majesty WANTS ME IN THE SHOWROOM. I told him that I know the product, test drove it already and that I want to score the best/lowest price possible on the market. In order to do that I needed a quote for the specifications noted in my email in order to compare it with other quotes from other dealerships. Well, I never got that answer. So, in consequence I will purchase my car from another dealership. This delership is DEAD to me. I take offense when people DO NOT RESPECT my time and when they like to play games, hagle etc. I am just a well informed consumer that wanted to do the best decision for me, not for the dealership or this particular salesman. I was totally ignored after few emails, when they realized what kind of customer I am. VEry dissapointed with this experience. More

Whether I'm just in there for an oil change, or for a more complex issue, Christian has proven to be quite knowledgable when it comes to vehicles.
