Micah Basarich was our sales associate and he is very personable and very knowledgable about Infiniti and of the various models he showed us. The car offers all of the luxuries we were wanting, as well as a few extra that we fully enjoy. We get many compliments about the look of the car and it's smooth ride. Micah and the service staff have been immediately available each time we have had questions, or needed assistance. Everyone at the dealership made sure that we felt welcome and were well taken care of. We have, and will continue to, recommend this dealership and Micah to all our friends. True quality workmanship without needing to sacrificing short ends here and there is extremely hard to come by these days. Julian is the rare breed of managment who takes care of just that. Every time that I've brought myself and my car into service I've always been treated like family there. Julian has gone above and beyond each and everytime to make sure that my vehicle (as well as myself) is taken care of with no question. Whenever anything extra that may be needed to be performed (they never just do it and charge me in the process), he always notifies me prior to doing so, and also explains why he recommends a service, but always leaves it up to me if I should choose to accept it or not. Julian has always been straight forward with me and talks to me as a friend, not just a customer. He is one of the main and many reasons why I enjoy going there as often as I do. I know I can bring my car there and have it taken care of and not need to worry about any sour mishaps. Thank you, Julian.. your team of quality techs, and friendly and honest service is by far the best I've ever experienced in any dealership. Me and my husband bought a 2004 Dodge Durango and my seller said it was in excellent condition which means no rust no dents. Well after we bought da car found a rust stain on da car and I was so mad bec seller said it was in excellent condition which means no rust no dents. Well after we bought da car found a rust stain on da car and I was so mad because I wouldnt have purchased this car had I saw the rust on da car and also had 4 dents that the seller failed to mention and he was bragging about the car being in excellent condition when it wasn't.A lesson well learned should have inspected better instead of listening to dealer blab mouth. I came into the dealership because I had a problem with my 2006 FX 45. The driver's seat was broken and in terrible condition. Mr.Corey Robinson replaced the driver's seat cushion and replaced the welt molding with no additional charge. His help was greatly appreciated.
