I have only had great experiences with Infiniti of Memphis. I am so glad I made the decision to purchase my vehicles there. The customer service is beyond approach. Recently I had my 2018 q50 towed in for a snapped serpentine belt which is apparently common on these models. My service advisor Jody Wahlstrom was no help whatsoever , for one she was very condescen serpentine belt which is apparently common on these models. My service advisor Jody Wahlstrom was no help whatsoever , for one she was very condescending from the first day my car arrived and I never received any paperwork for the repairs but I was quoted 3k to replace my serpentine belt, idler pulley, and to realign the a/c compressor . After asking several questions about coverage from my warranties the price quoted initially went down to $750 but still no paperwork was received for the work that was supposed to be performed on my vehicle. A couple days later I received a notification from the service tracker saying my car was ready and so I drove 30minutes or more to find out my car wasn’t anywhere close to being done. I was then told by Wahlstrom via phone call that , that wasn’t her problem and that she’ll call when my car is ready, which is no way to talk to a customer . Infiniti of Memphis If I could give zero stars I would do so in heartbeat. More
