I arrived at the appointed time and was introduced by vin to Jerry C., who took over at that point. I got to test-drive the car I was going to buy, signed all the paperwork, and about an hour later was out the door with my new 2019 Qx50. Jerry took his time, even stayed after closing time to show me all the details and even called the next day to inquire as to how I had made it home. This is my fourth Infiniti and I can tell you, this is real service !! More
